The company recently increased its proces on some items such as its pillows. Prices seem unjustified given the middling quality.

Easy to navigate website, great price, fast shipping, instructions are clear, easy to assemble, well made, durable product.

It’s been 2 weeks and I have not received order and it is tracking as never moving from original location.

Seems very well constructed. Love the fabric options, and also having the option of a round cantilever patio umbrella.

Easy to order, prompt delivery, and I have not yet put up the umbrellas, but I have looked at them. They look very well-made hopefully this weekend if the weather holds out.

Fast delivery, lovely material, but disappointed the tilt connection is not metal.

Guy on the line was very helpful and maybe I should have asked more questions. Order was amazingly quick, but a couple of things should have been clearer. Colour on thier site was misleading and I should have known better. We were looking for a darker shade of light blue, so now it'll look already faded, like my old blue jeans. Original canopy had pockets the arms sat in. This does not so my plan is to enlarge the hole in the replacement and use cabinet connectors to fasten the new cover onto the arms...almost there.

It’s Canadian and the selection of colours and fabrics are very good. My neighbour recently bought one and was very happy. This convinced me to purchase one.

The website is useful and uncomplicated. I would have liked knowing the diameter of the pole. Maybe it was there but I didn’t find it when I looked for it.

Great Looking Quality Umbrella
The umbrella looks and feels of high quality and the Swilt's adjustability works as advertised and is exactly what I was looking for. Very happy with it. Delivery was quick, and box and product were in very good condition.
A minor issue is the number of midtown umbrella ads that I see everywhere I go on the internet. I pulled up one page of currency exchange information, and there were pictures of 27 mt umbrellas with description and price. I find this very distracting. The second comment, and this may be a result of the very quick delivery, but the pick up and delivery status on the carrier's website was only updated the morning it was actually delivered. (6 days after leaving midtown). I was beginning to think the package was stuck in PQ.

Lots of shipping communication and great speed having it ready to ship. Once it got here it was easy to assemble. Looks great

Product looks of good quality. Almost sent it back. Ordered forest green and got a box labeled Black ??? Correct color was inside.
Shipping tracking was confusing. No status for 4 days. Sent email with a delivery date of December 5th ???? Events got a correct date and time. SHOP app is useless.

Reusing and thereby reducing is important to me, so I am grateful that Midtown offers replacement canopies. I just replaced our old canopy with a new one from Midtown and it is fabulous!

I used ChatGPT throughout in order to determine what canopy replacement I needed, and, after that, it was able to refer me to two sources which met the majority of the criteria. I was then able to plug and play into your website to order what was needed.
