Popped down to Midwest to look at trading in / px. All good met Dave who was friendly and helpful he took some photos of my bike.
Phoned them a few days later spoke with Dave, again friendly and helpful.
They got a price back on the bike (disappointing) and told me to call back later as they went out to a couple of underwriters.
Few hours later i called them up again and this is where it went down hill fast. Dave was unavailable so spoke with Mark..
To start with his manner is poor to the point of been rude and shouldn't be front of shop.
Due to the fact he doesn't lesson to the customer he didn't take in that i was calling to see if the second quote had landed. Mark told me me "we got a price in this morning and it's X" not knowing i had already spoken with Dave earlier in the day. Mark told be the first price was £400 less than what I was given earlier. ( conman )
I let Mark carry on with his speel telling me how poor Himalayans are and don't keep there money and generally slagging them off. As a RE dealer not that you would expect and one I'll be feeding back to RE.
When I interrupted Mark and said, I had spoken with Dave and already and had the first price which was different. After Mark stopped spluttering, he blamed Dave for getting it wrong!?
Lets just say Mark has ensured thay have lost a customer.
Why would anyone employ such a rude dishonest individual?
AVOID!!!!!!
Phoned up to get some work done on a scout bobber, and the technician had the interpersonal skills of a wet flannel, and clearly didn't know what he was talking about, he even told me that he wasn't going to argue with me, which was bizarre in itself? He told me that the scout bobber has only one oil drain plug (it definitely has 2) and that you couldn't get an Indian oil change kit (definitely can part number: 2880191) its worrying that this company are employing people like this, and he wouldn't even give me his name to make a complaint telling me that he didn't want to speak to me. Absolute atrocious customer service, avoid like the plague!!
Great bikes and really friendly staff!
Great bikes and really friendly staff!
A great motorcycle dealership
A great Indian and Royal Enfield motorcycle dealership that also sells CF Moto, Voge, Morbidelli, Zontes and Bluroc. The cafe upstairs has great food, and Sonia is fantastic! Highly recommended.

Visited with friends recently as one had a bolt missing from his top box mount and could have fallen off during our trip around Wales. Technician found a matching bolt and fitted and tightening the others while we had a coffee. No charge was made. Great service and very friendly helpful team.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
If I could leave no stars I would! Absolutely diabolical behaviour from Mark… he insulted me, was rude and refused to give me my cash deposit back because he didn’t know me!! Outrageous behaviour !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…. Read the reviews and decide for yourself before you part with your cash!
Completely disgusted by the attitude of…
Completely disgusted by the attitude of owner. I wanted to buy a bike from them on finance was asked to leave a £500 cash deposit which I did. Unfortunately was refused the finance so rang the next day to get the £500 put back into my account to be told by the owner that I had to claw the money back from my bank due to him not knowing me and not trusting that I wouldn’t claim the money back once he had put the money into my account. Just shows how little understanding he has of how banks work. When I said I had given him the cash deposit in good faith and expected the same customer service from him he said he didn’t like my attitude and wasn’t willing to help if I carried on with my attitude. I didn’t give attitude more a case of asking why he wasn’t willing to refund me without issue. In the end I got my refund. Now very happy to have got a better bike on finance from superbike factory. Midwest moto you really need to up your customer service.

Great service and prices
Not often I give 5 star reviews but Mark and Dave gave me top service and price today on some new gear. Well worth a visit as they offer a “different” motorcycle dealer experience. They are an Indian and Royal Enfield dealer who sell a good range of 2nd hand bikes too plus a complete bike servicing department. Will visit again.
Excellent independent motorcycle business.
Midwest Moto, now one of the few independent motorcycle dealer showroom and workshops in the midlands. So Glad I waited to find this gem! Staffed by people who know how to run a customer focused business! Whenever i walk in there is a coffee waiting! The chosen accessories nicely fitted to the scout looked great, and a heat pad problem sorted. Mark and his team have time for you when they are are not run off their feet. Could have lost my money gambling with big dealers who have recently closed, but definitely have a winner here.
Cheers you guys. See you again soon.
Rude manager!!!!
My husband had seen a used Enfield he wanted to buy from the dealer, the lad who greeted us and showed us round was great, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. My husband decided he wanted to buy a brand new version of the bike from the dealer instead, we are cash buyers, no finance, know a lot about bikes, our familys have been riding for years, basically no issues at all!!! We were shown to the manager and sat down at his desk with him, during our conversation about the bike he was constantly on his phone, swearing and 'slagging off' another customer who had reported he hadn't received something he had ordered from them, he bearly even looked up at us whilst we were attempting to spend a few thousand quid on a brand new bike, after about half an hour of listening to this, giving him a few details in-between the swearing and moaning I got up with our son and walked off because I had heard enough, my husband soon followed and we told the boss we wouldn't be buying a bike from him due to how rude he was. He didn't seem bothered, it didn't seem like this was the first time something like this had happened.
Shame, nice shop, nice bikes, nice products, bad manager!!!
Will definitely never go back!!!!
I've only just got around to doing this…
I've only just got around to doing this review but I bought a used Harley from them last March. I asked for the oils to be changed as I had to ride it back to Northern Ireland. When I got home I gave it a good check over and found that I had ridden over 100 miles with no gearbox oil. Luckily it's a Harley and no damage was done. When I picked the bike up, it ran out of fuel within fifty yards and it had no wing mirrors. The whole experience was a bit shabby. On the other hand his wife was a gem of a lady who picked me up from the station and made me a cuppa. Mark's attitude was 'take it or leave it'.
Mark had Great communication
Mark had Great communication, quick responses and was able to answer any questions i had for him and even given me some tips for the bike i bought (WK Scrambler 125) overall amazing experience!

Great service from Mark and his guys…
Great service from Mark and his guys today at Midwest Moto.
Collected a new bluroc motorcycle this morning. Friendly service, nothing to much trouble and great coffee from their own cafe.
First and last time I try to do business with them
I ordered a jacket and received an order confirmation by email shortly after.
Approximately eight hours later I received an email to say my order had been cancelled at my request. I did not cancel the order. The email went on to say my payment has been refunded
I then received an email thanking me for my first order.
I tried to telephone them several times over two days to find out what was happening but each time it just rang until it timed out. I even sent an email but that did not solicit a response either. Finally, on around the tenth attempt they answered the phone and they told me the order had been cancelled because the item was not in stock, so it was their mistake. They then told me the refund to my credit card would take around 10 working days!
