The shipment took far too long and the quality of some of the 3d printed parts was horrible.

I ordered 9 midden beasts from Mierce recently, delivery was swift and the actual sculpts of the models are nice and detailed as well as being unique. Onto the negatives, there are quite a few garish mould lines on the models that aren't immediately apparent until the model is primed, as well as this one of the models arrived with the horn on the head broken off, I didn't mention this to mierce as I figured it would help with variation in the squad and was fixable if needs be. I unfortunately broke one of the arms when building the models, I contacted mierce for advice and they said that if I purchased the part (which wasn't available on the site at the time) and paid postage then they would send me a replacement. I was a little disappointed by this as off the back of a 110 pound order, a 1£ one off gesture on mierce part would not of gone amiss. Overall a hit and miss experience, probably won't be ordering again.
Great service, and some of the best quality miniatures I've ordered ever.
I cannot for the life of me fathom why they aren't more popular
This company sets the bar for smaller miniatures companies. I've ordered numerous times and been really impressed with the quality of the miniatures, but what sets them apart from many similar-sized organisations is that they really keep you in the loop with your order if there are issues, and are very friendly and helpful with any queries. I've had some bad experiences with some of these smaller companies with terrible communications and order issues, but Mierce has been outstanding and I cannot recommend them enough.
