very bad service. not reliable, they charge you the money and then they tell you that the product isn't available, then they do not pay you back. they promise to do so but after a long period of waiting I still haven't received my money.

Very bad customer service. They do not reply to emails nor send tracking number or at least email that order has been shipped. Order was eventually delivered to Ireland after 2 weeks.

Scam company do not order
I ordered a box of 96 latex free condoms as the GF is allergic to latex. They sent a damaged box with an expiration date that is less than 5 months away and had Chinese writing on them.
Knowing that this type of item has a shelf life of 36 months makes me think they just deal with near expiration items.
I approach them to get a return but the agent (Tiago) was not helpful at all.
I hope this company goes bankrupt.

Saying posted amd can’t contact the company this there no customer service it’s terribly. And been waiting over a week it says 5-7 days delivery and they will send a email when posted but nothing. And this is medicine so it’s importing it gets posted faster so it arrives faster and people can heal faster. It’s not good ?

There is no way to contact customer service, have tried it all.
Addition: added more stars; the package arrived next day. It was just weird that there were no information about collecting and sending the products and no way to contact.

I found this company honest and reliabe. The customer service is very good and any time I made a query I got my query answered. I ordered an item for 114 euro and payed by card. There was niw problem. As a 1st time customer I was a little uncertain but im glad to say there was no need. Thank you to the staff at Mifarma.

A more then week ago I placed an online order (300286279) and not only have I not received confirmation that the product has been shipped, but I have not even received the product.
I've sent 2 emails and I've used their customer service link which they are providing on trustpilot
and they don't even bother to reply.
It is scam! Please avoid them if you don't want lose your money!
Edit. I am changing review due to the receive the package.

I requested a product with order number…
I requested a product with order number 300286439. Its a milk fortifier requested for my baby as urgent but until today i haven't gotten any email that it has been dispatch.
