Fast turnaround. I had an issue with one of the logos and they were very fast to fix it,

They have done great work for our company. Quick responses and quality work.

Every job I have given them to digitize has been great. They are fast and the embroidery project looks amazing. I highly recommend them for any project you have.

They made my order the wrong and refused to refund me and they just ignored me when I asked why I was charged double of what I should pay because of their mistake? Also ruined my needle and almost the embroidery machine with another mistake

I digitize something with them and asked for a running stiche in the instruction and I made it clear with capital letters that I want a running stich, paid to test my file and it was not a running stich I asked them to edit it because it’s not what I asked for which they did it went from 17k stiches to 6k stiches and the price should be halfed I asked for a refund and they just ghosted me I shouldn’t pay for your lack of reading of the instruction that you asked me to provide

Also the stich had an appliqué and a stop in the file which make the hoop comes out of the machine and stops but they add one stich immediately after each stop for no reason WHICH IS DUMB AND DANGEROUS I was using a hoop to size so when the machine stitched it went directly to the hoop

Bad services I am a customer and I would not use them again just because of how they handle the situation

Great turn-around time and excellent quality.

I have used Mig Digitizing for the last 5 years and they have always come through. I have given them some odd requests over the years and the digitizing always comes back superb. Prices are good and they will always take your suggestions. Great company.

The turnaround time is impressive - though sometimes I think it is at the expense of ignoring notes and details. We've had to start getting art for hats digitized with another company - as no matter what we request in the notes or put as the product/placement it is rare for them to put the starting point in the center of the design. They are good with fine detail and text, however, so we have this company do all of our placements that don't require a center starting point.

I was told about Mig Digitizing way back when I worked for a company and got my feet wet in embroidery. I didn't know how to digitize myself, so I relied on them to keep the company going. Now that I work for myself with my own decoration business, I STILL use Mig and will never change to anyone else. I get a LOT of cold calls from others wanting me to switch, but why should I? I tell other embroiderers and apparel decorators to use Mig Digitizing because they are always on the ball for me!

At the beginning it was a bit shaky, but the last few years nothing but the best. I have been with Mig Digitizing for 7-8 years and never looked anywhere else. While the service and pricing is good, Mig will have my business.

I am totally pleased with Mig Digitizing. They have been digitizing designs for me for about 10 years. In all those years, I only had a problem with one design. When I contacted them about the issue, they sent a corrected design within 10 minutes. I will continue to call on them for all my digitizing needs.

I've used MigDigitizing for over 13 years and they are definitely my go to for all of my customer's logos. I refer them all of the time!
