Onboard "Co-host AI" maybe the best. But even better, the Mighty Team members use all that functionality to interact and guide each Host to grow their own unique communities. We are two months in with our Mighty Networks, network, and I can't say enough about how much we love the system. But more than a great system, the help, and access to help, has been incredible! They talk about creating "People Magic" all the time, and they are practicing it with their team and how they work with developers and users. I'm blown away by how quickly they've helped me figure out problems (usually user error), how well they've worked to create real solutions (when we wanted a feature outside of current network tools), and how open the company is to input and feedback. I am confident that as our network grows, the Might team will be helping us and cheering us on every step of the way.

Mighty are a fine platform, their support and customer service is second to none, and the enhancements and changes are constant, as well as they listen to what we ask, they run sessions for Q&A for hosts, and i cannot fault them... apart from path to pro, i wish there was a monthly payment as some of us cannot afford upfront payments for the year...

Terrible.The app doesn’t allow you to change your password. The help content is wrong. I used the forgot password link and it just sent me into a loop. I ended up creating a new account. What a piece of garbage.

It is my second time trying to build an MN community - I have 22k members, I am not pushing them to this network without being absolutely sure it functions well. Also, I can not preview how a payment will work - eg I want to preview how a user experience will work from purchasing to a first post - this is basic - why can I not do that? IN PREVIEW MODE - NOT READ OR LOOK AT YOUR IMAGES of you telling me - one must be able to ensure their program functions - because all questions will come to me, and I need to be able to answer them. If I can not figure it out, how will my 22k members? I am a very thoughtful person and do not want to launch something without having it perfect. Also, why would I buy their yearly subscription when I cannot get ANY HELP IN A TIMELY MANNER. COME ON - you are a online format. You need people there in real time - answering issues and someone to call and call me back. If you want to offer a program around the globe - BE AVAILABLE FOR THE GLOBE - NOT JUST USA! Otherwise market that you only function for USA communities - that is fine. If not - YOU NEED TO BE AVAILABLE AT OTHER HOURS.

I recently started a membership program and had a look at several platforms. I chose Mighty Networks as I liked the emphasis on community in addition to a solid course management system. I find the user experience exceptional and even more importantly, my members love it as well.

I am in Singapore. I have a courses plan and I wish to launch July 1 to hundreds of people, but I have a lot of questions. My only options to reach a real person for a real conversation is if I am up from 3am to 6 am to join a live event. I would really like help.
I submitted a question--how to set up a job posting space, and the guy who responded said 1) it can't be done currently and 2) I can submit a request for someone to think about it.
In the meantime, I thought of a solution on my own.
Really stranded out here.

I find Mighty Networks a good building block but very "Clunky" in that it doesn't always provide an easy solution to my goals. However, the real issue for a low mark is the terrible customer service, when building a site, sometimes we need help and we need it when we are faced with the problem, not one, two or three days later. Why cant Mighty have a small team of customer service agents to deal with an issue - real time? Instead they use A.I alternative and it is just not good enough. I will be looking for an alternative solution if the service stays so poor.
The department that reviews TrustPilot comments has posted below, 8 hours later my email to the email address advised and my previous messages (1 and 2 days old) remain unanswered - which is the exact issue.
