Several things made my experience great. First, the amazing support from the entire Mighty team. Next would have to be the incredible, clean, straightforward user interface. The site updates reflect the team's ability to hear and respond to the users.

Your Magic Carpet comes with a Genie to fly it!

Ive hosted on Mighty for 5+ years. The 1st version was awesome. The ongoing updates since have layered countless purpose-built functionalities that I never imagined. Onboard "Co-host AI" maybe the best. But even better, the Mighty Team members use all that functionality to interact and guide each Host to grow their own unique communities. You're not just leasing a Magic Carpet, you also get a Genie to show you how to fly it. No other community platform comes close at any price!

Great product...amazing people!

We are two months in with our Mighty Networks, network, and I can't say enough about how much we love the system. But more than a great system, the help, and access to help, has been incredible! They talk about creating "People Magic" all the time, and they are practicing it with their team and how they work with developers and users. I'm blown away by how quickly they've helped me figure out problems (usually user error), how well they've worked to create real solutions (when we wanted a feature outside of current network tools), and how open the company is to input and feedback. I am confident that as our network grows, the Might team will be helping us and cheering us on every step of the way.

Mighty are a fine platform

Mighty are a fine platform, their support and customer service is second to none, and the enhancements and changes are constant, as well as they listen to what we ask, they run sessions for Q&A for hosts, and i cannot fault them... apart from path to pro, i wish there was a monthly payment as some of us cannot afford upfront payments for the year...

Private platform for content and community

We needed a private platform to host content and build community. Mighty Networks has been easy to set up and manage, our members like having access to their content via laptop/web as well as tablet/phone via the app. And as a remote team we’ve been able to bring all our resources into one place. It’s been a couple of years now and it’s working well.

Terrible.The app doesn’t allow you to change your password. The help content is wrong. I used the forgot password link and it just sent me into a loop. I ended up creating a new account. What a piece of garbage.

You’re correct that the mobile app doesn’t allow you to change your password directly. When you click "Forgot password?" in the app, it sends you a magic link to sign back in. To reset your password, you’ll need to log in through a mobile or web browser, or click "Forgot password?" on your Network's sign-in page from a browser.

We’re always striving to improve, and your feedback is incredibly valuable in helping us do that. I look forward to hearing from you so we can get this resolved.

It is my second time trying to build an…

It is my second time trying to build an MN community - I have 22k members, I am not pushing them to this network without being absolutely sure it functions well. Also, I can not preview how a payment will work - eg I want to preview how a user experience will work from purchasing to a first post - this is basic - why can I not do that? IN PREVIEW MODE - NOT READ OR LOOK AT YOUR IMAGES of you telling me - one must be able to ensure their program functions - because all questions will come to me, and I need to be able to answer them. If I can not figure it out, how will my 22k members? I am a very thoughtful person and do not want to launch something without having it perfect. Also, why would I buy their yearly subscription when I cannot get ANY HELP IN A TIMELY MANNER. COME ON - you are a online format. You need people there in real time - answering issues and someone to call and call me back. If you want to offer a program around the globe - BE AVAILABLE FOR THE GLOBE - NOT JUST USA! Otherwise market that you only function for USA communities - that is fine. If not - YOU NEED TO BE AVAILABLE AT OTHER HOURS.

A solid community platform. My members love it!

I recently started a membership program and had a look at several platforms. I chose Mighty Networks as I liked the emphasis on community in addition to a solid course management system. I find the user experience exceptional and even more importantly, my members love it as well.

I love the idea of the community and am still getting familiar with the site and all the ways you can utilize it and customize it. I do wish it was a little easier to navigate - sometimes I am confused as are my community members

I am in Singapore.. no live help.

I am in Singapore. I have a courses plan and I wish to launch July 1 to hundreds of people, but I have a lot of questions. My only options to reach a real person for a real conversation is if I am up from 3am to 6 am to join a live event. I would really like help.

I submitted a question--how to set up a job posting space, and the guy who responded said 1) it can't be done currently and 2) I can submit a request for someone to think about it.

In the meantime, I thought of a solution on my own.

Really stranded out here.

I want to assure you that creating a job posting Space in your Network is absolutely possible. We've used this miscommunication as a learning opportunity for our team to ensure we provide accurate and strategic solutions to our Hosts.

In the meantime, if you'd like to explore additional solutions, here’s one that might be useful: Using the Feed feature in a Space, you can leverage highlighted hashtags to help members find specific posts, like #hiringnow or #seeking. You can also feature or pin an Article or Quick Post at the top of the Space's Feed to guide members on how they can use the Space to find or post jobs.

Customer service is poor

I find Mighty Networks a good building block but very "Clunky" in that it doesn't always provide an easy solution to my goals. However, the real issue for a low mark is the terrible customer service, when building a site, sometimes we need help and we need it when we are faced with the problem, not one, two or three days later. Why cant Mighty have a small team of customer service agents to deal with an issue - real time? Instead they use A.I alternative and it is just not good enough. I will be looking for an alternative solution if the service stays so poor.
The department that reviews TrustPilot comments has posted below, 8 hours later my email to the email address advised and my previous messages (1 and 2 days old) remain unanswered - which is the exact issue.
