Really happy I used Migrate for the spouse visa process and would recommend. After carefully following all the steps laid out by Migrate, the visa was approved very quickly.

Their free online guides are comprehensive and frequently updated - this was particularly helpful during a period of uncertainty about spouse visa processing times.

The DIY package made applying for my fiancé incredibly less daunting and overwhelming. Not to mention, it was a a fraction of the price compared to a solicitor! We purchased their Spouse Visa DIY Package about three months ago and we were absolutely delighted with it! It's got everything written down, explains everything you need for the Visa in detail, they give you a much in-depth understanding of everything you need in order to succeed in your application which is a huge relief if you're overwhelmed about all the requirements you need to comply with. My wife and I stubbles upon Migrate as we were searching for help with my spousal visa and daughter child visa to the UK. We had a lot of experience doing the immigration stuff to the US on our own for my wife, but the UK immigration has a lot of unwritten things that need to be added beyond what they tell you—it stressful!

What first caught our eye on Migrate was the helpful free video—broken nicely up too—started to fill in a lot of details as to what we had already done and made us feel more confident. But to feel a better about the immigration process we purchased the custom packet document only. Despite only getting this, they still answer questions related to the packet and migration related questions. They were very helpful in bring our work and documentation into a nice bundle. Using Migrate's services was the best decision that I made when applying for the UK spouse visa as an American. The DIY pack was extremely useful and made the process so much more easier, and any questions were promptly answered by Jason. We have used Migrate twice now for our Partner visa application, once back in July/August 2022 and just recently in 2023. Just to give you a back story, my fiancé is from Australia and I am from the UK. I have no prior experience with UK Visa applications, so you can only imagine how daunting it was venturing into this.
