Migratz Fraud Scammer

Migratz (now calling themselves MDCS) is a complete scam.

I, along with 9 friends from Saudi Arabia, applied for a Luxembourg work permit through Migratz on 9th December 2024 and paid 4k Aed for initial slot booking process. They promised us:

Work permit in 4 months

Visa in 6 months with a salary of £3,200 for a hospitality professionals.

A full refund if no employer interview call or job offer was arranged within 6 months and now it's been 9 months I haven’t even received a cover letter, let alone a job interview. When I asked for a refund, they kept saying my case is “under consideration” for the last 3 months.

Migratz representatives Manpreet, Purnima, Ishmeet, and Rubecca made all the sweet talk, lies, fake promises and then stopped responding. Their offices in Chennai and Bangalore shut down due to fraud cases, and now they’ve changed their company name to MDCS just to keep scamming people under a new identity.

I personally met 13 other victims who even took bank loan just for their sevices (some applied back in 2022) who also never got a single interview call or any other services which they promise.

I have all the payment proofs, call recordings, and chats to show how they mislead people. This company has caused huge financial loss and mental stress to many hardworking professionals.

So now I've decided to Filing civil and criminal legal proceedings for fraud, cheating, and breach of contract against Migratz (MDCS) and its representatives (Manpreet, Purnima, Ishmeet, and Rubecca).

Submitting a formal complaint to the Consumer Protection Authority, Cybercrime Cell, and Immigration Regulatory Bodies.

Forming a public victims Facebook group to bring collective legal action.

Collaborating with media platforms, including the YouTube channel “Real Talk Abroad”, to expose Migratz/MDCS and its employees to protect others from falling victim to the same fraud.

⚠️ Please avoid Migratz/MDCS at all costs. They are fraudsters running an international scam.

the most worst service ever and cheaters

the most worst service ever! I applied for a work permit more than **8 months ago**, and there has been **no proper response** since then. Every time I contact them, I get the same generic replies with no clear timeline. Now, they are **not even responding to my emails**. This is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. **They are just wasting time and playing with people's emotions.**. they are really a big scammer and cheaters as well. specially the Mr. Abilash and Manpreet big cheaters and also the case manager ISMITH as well.
