Very disappointing and unpleasant…
Very disappointing and unpleasant experience with international order from France to Geneva.
After one week waiting time for the pre-paid order to be processed (wonder what does take that long time) and confirmation of the shipment - waited for another week without any possibility to check the status of shipment (no tracking info is shared with the user), and in the end the order was simply cancelled without any explanation or providing an alternative.
Poor service and lack of any customer engagement, don't waste your time!

Pretty good stuff
The products are good quality and there are a lot of opportunities for discounts and such, but there seem to always be problems when it comes to delivering.
If I want it to get it delivered with DHL it is supposed to be faster but then it takes two weeks and then I get an email with apologies for delay and then it ends up coming via UPS instead…which is somewhat annoying.
But overall I did have a good experience and am enjoying the comfort of being able to even get these products in my hands, without being scared for strange things in the products and of course very friendly customer service.

I love this shop as they have amazing…
I love this shop as they have amazing products and are generous enough to send you testers and a small gift. However it takes very long to deliver. My package was sent 8 days after I placed my order and I received one hour before I was going on holidays (in total took 12 days), which was very stressful
