My package is lost at the delivery…

My package is lost at the delivery company UPS, I have tried to contact MIINTO several times but I always get the answer of an IBot. They say they are working on it but when I call UPS they tell me that no investigation has been started at all!

Since you reported lack of delivery, I have now personally contacted our specialized department to initiate an investigation with UPS. I understand how concerning it must be to feel left without clear updates, and I apologize for the delay in getting this resolved.

Extortionists

Extortionists. Do not return money. Very unprofessional and unfriendly. Customer friendly I have never seen as bad as at Miinto. For them the easiest way to still make money on returned products is to just not refund the money and then make up some ridiculous reason that the package is damaged. 'It's in the terms and conditions' so customer has nothig more to say then. Very underwhelming!!!

In this case, the item you returned showed visible signs of wear, including a crease in the material and a noticeable perfume odor, as reported by the boutique. According to our return policy, items must be returned in their original, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.

We always strive to treat our customers fairly and I am sorry that this situation has made you feel differently. I see you sent an email to our special department. Therefore, I will make sure that they answer your questions and concerns promptly.

My package did not arrive on the day…

My package did not arrive on the day but a day later without notifying me except 2 hours before. and not everyone speaks Dutch so it would be good to put the site at least in English and French thank you

Scammers

I ordered a DEUS XL sweatshirt for over 100 euros. After trying it on, I found it to be too large, so I repackaged it and returned it immediately. A few days later, I was informed that the return label had been removed and that there were visible signs of wear. They claimed they couldn't issue a refund because "their partner shops deemed it unfit for resale," which is completely untrue, as I returned it in perfect condition and well-packaged to prevent any damage.

Their system is flawed. The partner shop that received the sweatshirt and reported it as damaged was not honest and seems to have profited from this situation. To make matters worse, they sent me back an XXL instead of an XL, leaving me unable to do anything from it.

I will never order again from them and would recommend to avoid this company.

Scammers.

timeless Prada Vintage Leather Handbag

The item is in the condition as described. used but very good in shape some repair has been done but looks still good and useable for everyday. Good Quality Shipping time could be a little shorter, but it depends on political issues and border control between countries EU. Other then that i am satisfied. thank you.
