I tried to order a mug online & it always rejects the 10% discount code. It happened before Christmas in 2023 & it continues in 2024. I called head office back in 2023 they informed me that their IT department will sort it out. Well that hasn’t happen!!

Loved the copper swirl collection but after 3 months everything was holding up well except the flat plates which started getting these white oval patches (washed by hands, not washing machine and it doesnt look/feel like anything was scrapped off?)

I just received my order which arrived very quickly. The bowls are beautiful and were exceptionally well packaged with layers upon layers of protective paper and bubble wrap. I am very pleased and will be ordering again!

Well I'm very much in love with my lopsided Japanese tea cups, they cheer my soul from their look to their touch and to the way the matcha tea looks within it, i will be using this company again, very clear correspondence and very well packed on arrival

Every item is so well packed and the quality is perfect as you would expect from japan. Items are even wrapped in japanese newspaper. Nice touch. The prices are great and the staff always friendly. Ive made 2 orders so far, its my go to shop for kitchenware.

Purchased dish plates from their online store. Despite the issue we had problem with courier on the first delivery, the team resolved the problem promptly and we received the beautiful plates. I felt the staff care about their customers and also the quality the products they offer. Absolutely top notch brand!!

I ordered for cobalt blue dinner plates and serving bowls. The package arrived within a couple of days with a hand written 'thank you' note on the bill. The plates are absolutely gorgeous and classy and so are the bowls. Identical to what is shown on the pic! Simply loved 'em.
