Placed an order in mid November. Website says that shipping takes 5-7 days. I waited 14 days before contacting them, they asked me to be patient and wait a couple more days because it’s coming from switzerland! I waited and it still hasn’t arrived so I contacted them again also asking a proof of delivery or anything, but they never provided it and they said that they’ll resend it to me and to confirm my address. Which I did then they asked me to wait a few more days again. It’s been a month of waiting and I’ve had it so I just asked for my money back. They sent an email saying that they filed for the refund. Fingers crossed I get my money back.
Other annoying notes is that for some reason, they keep on calling me Jecbo when my name clearly showed Jessica Bonney. I have no idea where they got that from. Additionally, I was communicating to them in Nederlands, and they keep on switching from Nederlands to english to german.
The main reason why I ordered from them was because it seemed like a belgian company with a Belgian website and everything but apparently it’s not if the products are coming from switzerland and contact number is from the US. I tried calling them but only got to voicemail and they never contacted me back.

I'm kicking myself for not checking the validity of the site before hand. Its been almost a month and I'm still waiting for my order. They have confirmed that the order has shipped from the US but I'm doubtful that I will ever receive it.

No product received, as mentioned before on this page an automatic message send in return after trying to get in contact.

If you wish to try; use a credit card to take your money back if you need to. A message has been dropped by me to Hipay (the supplier of the payment system).
