Your engineer Martin, was knowledgeable and polite, and answered all my questions.
My Samsung TV had recently been returned from a so-called repair under their guarantee scheme. When they re-installed / set it back up, to say they did "half a job" would be giving them too much credit.
After my attempts to describe what was wrong, Martin understood my concerns and needs. He clearly explained what he could do, and how he would help me.
In addition, whilst we had to create some mess / disruption to the area in question where additional work was needed, he cleaned up everything afterwards.

I needed a tv moved from one wall to another as needed to connect my bt vision box. The engineer explained that it couldn’t go on the wall I wanted as not strong enough. Luckily I had the stand for it and it was put on that. Engineer was so helpful, even connecting my bt vision box. As it was a new tv he went through all the functions. Absolutely first class service. Would not hesitate to recommend the company.

Engineer was nice and friendly worked fast & efficiently job completed in under an hour.

Excellent service and value, called at 9.30am and television was up on wall and tuned in by 11.30 and left absolutely no mess ally was so helpful 👏 would recommend 👌

Had a bad experience with one of their contractors that left me very unhappy, but once I said something they righted it by refunding my money and sending me out their best engineer as a follow up free of charge.

Now I have a perfectly mounted TV 👍

After calling the office to get a quote to remove our aerial I was advised that an engineer would call and arrange to come out to us. The engineer called to give us a time for his arrival and he arrived on time. He quoted for the job and then went ahead and removed our Aerial as we requested. Very efficient, we are very pleased with the speed of the job and all dealt with on the same day as my phone call. Excellent.

I was able to get an appointment at short notice and the company did an excellent job at arranging times around my schedule. The team I spoke with were polite and helpful. Most importantly the engineer who attended was polite, on time, friendly and professional and quickly located and resolved the problem.

No issues, arrived the next day, they were slightly delayed but he was very efficient, gave price on the phone before doing the work, very friendly and did the job in under an hour, would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The installers worked cleanly and communicated all the time - it just cost more than I expected - I thought I was dealing directly with the installer and not a handler that obviously want their slice of the deal.

Work well done very pleased, he was very polite told us exactly what was wrong replaced it and our Aerial and picture on the tv’s never been so clear. I would recommend this company to anybody. Thankyou.

I then got a call from the engineer to advise me what time he would arrive, and within an hour of arriving I had a new aerial which was picking up channels I had thus far been able to receive. Top service, and a really easy company to deal with.
