I recently had all my windows and doors replaced by the Mike Martin team and can’t recommend them highly enough. From the first call with Mel, to the visit from Mark and Ryan the surveyors to Zoe, Jemma, Vanessa & Zoe in the office and the team of installers, the whole process was straightforward and seamless. Huge thanks to Will and Mike who worked tirelessly in all weather conditions to get the job done. They were happy in their work whatever the weather, efficient, tidy & good fun - thanks for making it all so easy. I’m really happy with the result.
The letter box on our door that was fitted by mikemartinwindows had become corroded. They replaced it despite being out of warranty. Their fitter Adam was efficient and polite demonstrating how highly this company values customer service. Highly reccomended.
We have used Mike Martin windows on a few occasions but probably won't be using them again in the future. That said their fitters are spot on and very professional, what lets them down is their ability to count windows and their communication regarding timing. So if you don't mind waiting way longer than first advised and them missing a window or two then by all means go for them with a great quality product and a good team of fitters.
We had 5 secondary glazed windows installed in April 2024. We had some minor issues with the installation at the time and a lovely gentlemen (Wayne) came to assess and understand our concerns at the time. He addressed our concerns and the fitters continued with completing the installation, taking the time needed to ensure we were satisfied before they left.
All fitters were very courteous. We swiftly received the FENSA Certificate.
