Totally unsatisfactory

Totally unsatisfactory! Only one year after installation have significant problems started to emerge: from draughts, silicone completely disintegrating, windows whistling, trims coming away, to even not enough screws holding a window in place!! It took a further 6 months after initially reporting the problems to come and fix things properly which is completely unacceptable. Other reviews seem to be soon after installation which in my case hasn't been a true reflection of the service or workmanship! Not worth the stress, especially from a local company that are meant to have been in business over 38 years!

Fantastic service that goes above and…

Fantastic service that goes above and beyond. I broke the handle on the window preventing it from closing, a few hours before scheduled thunderstorms.
Within an hour of our request, the window was fixed (before a substantial storm hit)
No fuss, no problem and let's just say that the service provided was worth 4 times the cost
