I bought the cuff bracelet (which I loved!) and wore it twice before it sadly broke. I sent it back and received return confirmation from Mikuta on December 11th. Today (January 9th) I still haven't received the refund, but assume that this is due to the holiday closures.

I ordered a jumpsuit from Mikuta. The quality was lovely, but even the smallest size was far too big for me (I’m 165 cm and 57 kg). I returned the item promptly and received confirmation on December 8th that my return had been received and that the refund would be processed immediately, noting it could take up to 10 business days to be credited back to my original payment method. Unfortunately the refund took much longer and required reaching out several times. However, they have since apologized for the delay and are refunding the full amount and waving the return shipping fee. I will order from them again in the future.

I hate to have to give a 1 star review because I would consider myself a loyal customer and have bought loads off them. I like the clothes but im so frustrated with customer service/returns process. My return arrived back 3 weeks ago (email from mikuta to inform of that) but I have not received my refund. I have emailed and whatsapped - no reply, no acknowledgement. Its like they dont exist now as I have had no response to my queries. Not a thing. It is very upsetting and a lot of money as well. Unfortunately im unlikely to buy from them again and not sure if I will ever see my money for an item I returned. So disappointed

I ordered 2 items which were received and I kept one which is lovely. I returned the other which was received on 8 Dec. I have tried to contact mikuta through email and WhatsApp but as yet with no reply. Their website says 3-5 days for a refund. It is now 10 working days. The products in my experience are lovely but their customer service is terrible. I am still waiting for my refund. I will not buy from them again.

I received my order. The dress was torn and I didn't like some of the shirts. I immediately wrote about the dress, sent photos. Recieved the imeil, that don’t worry, sent dress back. I sent these two items back with a return form. After almost three weeks I received a letter that my return was canceled. No explanation why. I didn't receive my money. Be careful, don't buy from this shop.

I purchased a cuff on 18/11 but unfortunately it was too big. I returned it and it was received by the company on 27/11. However they didn't refund my money until 3 weeks after they had received it!! I wouldn't recommend or purchase from them again.

I have evidence that my order #374063 was received and signed for at Mikuta for a full refund on 18/11/2025, however i am yet to receive the refund.
I have tried to make contact via the options available, being their WhatsApp chat and their contact form. No one has responded. I am out of pocket a lot of money with no other way of contacting them.

Sizing was poor and the item didn’t look anything like the image on the website when I tried it on. I had even gone up a size.
Returned the item and had an email to say it was received on 4th December and still no refund. I have used the what’s app option to contact the company, which it says is very responsive and no one has read my message. Very poor customer service and won’t be ordering from them again.

I ordered from Mikuta and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the returns process.
I returned my items using Mikuta’s official prepaid return label, exactly as instructed, and included the invoice in the parcel. The return reached the Netherlands, but DHL informed me that they were unable to complete clearance because Mikuta’s warehouse partner (Bleckmann Sevenum) was unresponsive / contact details were not working.
As a result, DHL warned that the parcel could be returned or disposed of, and that charges might be applied — despite the fact that this was a valid, merchant-authorised return made according to Mikuta’s own process.
I contacted Mikuta multiple times to resolve this urgently, but received no response. DHL confirmed the issue was on the consignee/merchant side, not mine.
This has been very stressful and disappointing. Based on my experience, I would advise other customers to be cautious, especially if you think you may need to return an item.

Avoid. All good when you want to buy something, you write to them and they answer! when you want to return, it is a different matter. The return label they provided didn’t work and the package got sent back to me for no apparent reason. And they don’t answer the emails, the WhatsApp. I need a new return label, but silence. Really bad customer service. Will not order again . Order #: #397600

Hi I recently ordered a few items from Mikuta. I kept a few of them and returned one sweatshirt. I received an email telling me they had received it back on the 25 November and the refund would be issued within 5 working days and it’s now the 8 December and I still haven’t received my refund! Beware! Customer service is just ignoring me!

Have bought a few items from Mikuta over the last few months and am very pleased. The craftsmanship is second to none and the clothes are definitely worth the price (nice and heavy material and unique designs). Delivery to the UK is also super quick.
My first purchase was a beautiful ribbed oversized dress. When I went to wear (a few weeks after purchase) I noticed a very small hole in the body of the dress. I wasn’t sure if this was a defect (as the dress is purposely distressed) so I contacted Mikuta who confirmed it wasn’t meant to be there.
They sent me a returns label and ensured I wasn’t charged a return fee. The only downside was they do not exchange so I had to repurchase the dress via the website and I was refunded for the original dress (which was a bit of a pain but not the end of the world!).
Communication is always very quick (whether via WhatsApp or email) even at weekends.
Will continue to purchase Mikuta’s clothing as they make me feel amazing and is absolutely my vibe!

Very small sizes! Ordered a long t-shirt/dress in XL but I would say it’s equal to a size M. So intead of wearing it as a loose short t-shirt dress I now have a normal t-shirt that is a bit to tight. Very sad because all the designs are gorgeous and the quality seems good.

I have ordered some clothes and jewellery from Mikuta over the last year and am generally happy with the service.
Though one of the bracelets I purchased slipped off a few times and was eventually lost which they kindly replaced but it still falls off every now and then which is frustrating even though I make sure to hear the click when closing the snap! I am sure that it will eventually get lost too...
Just a follow up since my last review, unfortunately my bracelet did fall off and get lost again. I am now down to one plus another one that I am afraid to wear as it is always falling off.

I am a purchaser from the UK, so buying anything from abroad, without trying on any of the garments or feeling the fabric or knowing if the company was even genuine, was very concerning. However, I made a small first purchase starting off and I was amazed. Firstly my package arrived promptly, was beautifully presented the fabrics were top quality and the styling spot on. The vibe of the entire collection was spot on for me personally, relaxed, edgy, and so on point. I’ve ordered lots of items since and haven’t returned a single piece. The company feels boutique and yet is starting to expand, which doesn’t surprise me. Fabulous items from holiday, to everyday wear to party season. The sizing is reliable and I couldn’t recommend the quality of the clothing highly enough. If you are nervous purchaser like I was, please don’t hesitate, it’ll quickly become your go-to website or store as I think companies like this should be championed so they can keep going as I would be completely lost now without MIKUTA.
