The company is terrible and is a complete scam. The items listed on their site are not the items that you will be sent. Straight garbage. When I asked for a refund they offered me credit to keep buying their bullshit. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER

I’ve haven’t received my package yet, I ordered a coat. I had to buy one at store instead it was taking so long as it’s going on a month now. I contacted them to get a refund. They offered me a 25% refund or a gift card to there merchandise for 75$. I want my money back. I am going to do what ever I can to let customers know this is not a reputable business should have done my research! Don’t purchase nothing from them

This place is a joke it took me 2-1/2 months to get my clothes and all were to small I ordered xl and the extra large from China must be smaller cuz they don’t fit I have been trying to ship them back out of the $600 I spent they want me to keep these clot that I can’t do nothing with and the will give me a 200 dollar gift card to use with them this is unacceptable I am contacting bbb and starting legal proceedings somebody needs to and if you all want to get on with me legal proceedings email me nutter.

Excellent communication. Customer service at Milanolegacy took the initiative to let me know that a medium-size pair of pants would probably be my best choice because some of their smalls are slim fitting.

This is a froud company, i have received my order damaged and the worst chinees kind quality, there is no way for me to return damaged items becouse the process it shows online for returns there is no one answer or reply on the emails, and my email address was blocked by customer service after my 3rd attampt to reach out about return, i believe they want to waste 30 days time period for return policy, this way they can say that retun period is pass now the compony can not do retun.

I ordered a sweater Marco Biachi Patch Work Cardigan Sweater. They sent a completely diffrent sweater that was supposed to be XL but fit like a Med-Large. I contacted customer support basically they told me I would have to pay to send sweater back to China, or keep it, and they will goive me 30% off my next order. (LOL). It's a scam, cheap material, they send you whatever they can find on their warehouse floor let over then see if you want to try them again? AKA as the Lucy Football trick with Charlie Brown. "I choose not to be a Block Head!" You should too, but feel free to pay top dollar for a garbage scheme. Lesson learned again, ALWAYS CHECK ONLINE REVIEWS OF THESE YOUUBE AD SITES.

No response from their customer service department! Site says they allow returns, but they won't respond to any emails. Very disappointed.

I ordered a jacket for my husband. The quality of the fabric is terrible. Sizing is smaller than indicated. The tags are cut out of the jacket. This site is a scam. Do NOT purchase anything from this company. They want you to return the item before they will tell you if you will receive a refund. The return address is in China.

Yeah I discovered this the hard way. Bought a sweater, doesn’t fit, no fabric content label whatsoever, no brand label. And now they want me to keep it and reorder another one at half price.
WTF! This stuff is crap made in China and they are charging a lot for garbage!

Be warned, this company is a scam. I experienced extremely long ship times, poor product quality, poor fit, and bad customer service. You will not be able to return/exchange any item without paying 50-70 dollars in shipping or by giving them more money. I have already begun the chargeback process through my credit card.

Well, Milanolegacy proves reading the reviews before buying from an unknown entity is essential. My experience is the same as the vast majority of its customers. Delivery to too long, the quality of the garment was not good, it was the wrong size, the labels were removed and there is probably no chance I can return it. I will give it away.

The website makes it sound like things are made in Portugal following high Italian standards. I should’ve known better and looked into it further. I ordered my normal size and when I took it out of the package, it was clear that it was two sizes too small with sleeves that were 4 inches short. I didn’t even bother putting it on. When I inquired about returns, I was told that I had to pay the return postage and it goes to China. A definite bait and switch. I learned my lesson, but I want to warn everyone else. Do not buy anything from this company. It’s junk

Reliable company

This company really shouldn't exist. They are doing every tiny thing in their tool bag to lower the amount of their cost-of-goods. Making everything in a substantially smaller size (thereby using far less fabric etc) - the quality of their stuff is not atrociously bad really, but you feel really slimy and ashamed after receiving your whatever-you-bought-from-them. You are then faced with wondering if it's even worth sending the crap back to them. In my case, a winter coat for about a $100... not worth the trouble. The size of the coat they sent me as a Large was barely large enough to be a Large in little kids clothes. Really a joke at best. Steer clear of them.

I ordered a shirt, it took a LONG time for delivery - like 2-3 weeks (bc it shipped from Hong Kong). They charged your card immediately though. 2.5-3 weeks later I receive the shirt - Wrong colour, wrong style, NOT what I ordered. I contact customer support, they propose two options for return; (1) 40% off a SECOND order or (2) a 25% refund and Keep the wrong product. Be wary, this site is a scam.
