Shorts were delivered on August 6th. Didn't fit and were never worn. No return information was included in package. Created 2 support tickets and exchanged 5 email messages. I still haven't been able to return the shorts and receive a refund. It has been 60 days. This company is known as Milan Republic, Hampton Lane, and Belmont & Co. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them.

clothing is terrible material, too small and no response to returns query

Hi I ordered a jacket and pair of leather trainers my experience is mixed so I waited 3 weeks to receive the parcel which was delivered by royal mail unfortunately the medium jacket which I am usually was miles too small the trainers luckily were OK and fit for purpose despite contacting them I have not received any info on how to return jacket so not great guess I will find someone in family see if it fits them but lesson learned here and hopefully put people off dealing with this company

Ordered item. Delivered the wrong size. And the package and contents were damaged.
Contacted immediately, to report issue. Automatic reply. Then no follow up. Tried to contact a further three times, no luck can’t get any communication back!
Just online scammers …..
Avoid. Report to the internet platforms that they use to sell their dodgy /shoddy gear!!

Scum company, sent out a poor quality item which was not my size. I have emailed 12 times over the last 2 weeks, no reply, can’t return the item. Do not use this company.

Just been scammed by this company. Wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. Goes without saying, but avoid. Quality is awful and they'll never respond when you try to organise a return.

This online company is a scam, they have just changed their website from Milan Republic to Hampton Lane, likely because of all the customers they have missed-sales.

They confirmed in writing on 06.08.24 that they have proceeded with a refund but as of today, nothing has been received and they are not responding to any emails.

I have now reported the company, including their website and I'm hoping for them to be taken off the market.

I wish the people behind terrible things, Karma would get you!

THIS IS A SCAM. Avoid Milan Republic and Hampton Lane! Please do not purchase this product. I ordered two of their sandro linen pants in a size 32. It took 3 weeks to arrive, and when I tried it on, it was 3 sizes too small. On top of that the quality was absolutely horrific. I reach out to Milan Republics customer service multiple times to no avail. I then reached out to hampton lane (they are the same company), and they responded by saying they would give me a 15% discount. I stated I wanted to do a risk free return as advertised on their website, and they have yet to answer. Please under no means order from here

My recent experience with MILAN REPUBLIC, or now HAMPTON LANE has been extremely disappointing. Despite their advertised promise of expedited shipping, my order took over three weeks to arrive.

Upon receipt, I found that the polo shirts I ordered in a medium size were sized like extra small for a kid. The quality of the fabric was also quite poor—cheap and unremarkable. Additionally, the pants included in my order were ill-fitting and poorly constructed, resembling garments that had been inadequately dried and assembled.

I promptly contacted the company to request a full refund and to obtain instructions for returning these unsatisfactory items. Regrettably, I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment from their customer service team, if you can even call it that.

This lack of timely service and the substandard quality of the products have led me to conclude that this SCAMMERS does not live up to its claims. I would caution potential customers (VICTIMS) to consider alternative options and avoid this company based on my experience.

I'll be me making a charge back with my credit card company!

I ordered 2 shirts L and shorts M. I got 2 shirts XL that feel like S and M shorts that feel XS.

ordered a Massimo XL shirt which from the website sizing should have been OK, but got a 2XL and it was still 2 small!
+ they sent the wrong style shirt to the one ordered !
they have offered me a 15% refund latter revised to 30% to keep a shirt that won't fit me.terrible company to deal with.
Total scam and waste of £37. Buyer be aware!!

Avoid at all costs. Ordered XL items and they were tiny. Quality also very poor and likely manufactured in a sweat shop somewhere far from Milan. I returned the clothes as per their (very hard to find) return instructions. Also emailed but "Sasha" replied asking me to keep the tiny clothes for a 15% discount. I obviously declined that generous offer and asked when I would receive my refund. That was well over a week ago and still no response. Seems like over £100 down the drain. More fool me! I won't get caught again by these scammers.

Item took 2 weeks from ordering. The item of clothing ordered was too small, very small!!
Now look for the reurns bit on their website, there isnt one. They contacted me saying they are sorry that the item wasnt satisfactory and would I accept 15% of the price ! Drrr the jacket still wont fit me !!!! havent heard from them since.

I have ordered from this company by them fake advertising a girl wearing an essentials jumper that didn’t even buy it from their website, when I have messaged them to cancel my order they have not responded and still taken money from my account when it says on their website that they will answer all emails and cancel orders if needed, it also says they will cancel your order of you get in touch within the 12 hours of purchasing, I emailed them straight after buying because I realised their website and clothes aren’t genuine and they still haven’t cancelled my order or replied to me
