Avoid - Unqualified Scam Clinic!!

First of all Zana the clinic “manager” ISN’T QUALIFIED! You can on the GMC registers website and she isn’t on it.

I had 3 CO2 laser treatments an my skin is worse than ever. I paid over £1000 for Zana to ruin my skin. I’m from a North African background. I asked Zana time and time again if there were any risk of more things going wrong with this treatment and my skin type, she kept reassuring me it would be completely fine. She guaranteed my wrinkles, scars and pigmentation would disappear. She is a smooth talking con artist. I was stupid to fall for it.

She also scared me into buying the horrible Image products which she gets commission on saying I won’t get results if I don’t use them. I spent over £400 only to get an allergic reaction!!

My skin broke out in the worst acne I’ve had in ages and worse of all I got was hyperpigmentation and hypopigmentation which is darkening and lightening of my skin in random places.

I called and emailed so many times about the state of my skin only to get voicemail and no reply to my calls or emails.

So many red flags I should have known. You can check their company accounts, it’s all a scam. You can check on companies house.

No one ever picks up phone at the clinic. It’s shut at random times even when an appointments booked. There is never any other customer there, always empty. The assistant can’t book right appointment for day you want. Any time you question Zana, her husband (who is so weird) cuts in with an “emergency” or she gets an important phone call.

Most of the reviews are from her friends who don’t even live in the UK or fake accounts.

Milan will deny this happened and will even say I wasn’t really a customer. Will always even make something up. There will even be a reply on here telling me to reach out so they can help! Disgusting company ran by disgusting unqualified scammers. Won’t be surprised if they shut the clinic and disappear with everyone’s money. Thats what happened at their last address in The Maltings on Fobney Street. I don’t want anyone to suffer the way I have and give there hard earned cash to these disgusting people. You’ve been warned.

Dishonest Unqualified Liars

BEWARE! Unprofessional and Unqualified! Staff do not have the skills to carry out post surgery lymphatic drainage massage! I have asked the clinic to show certificates that staff are qualified to undertake post surgery lymphatic drainage massage and is yet to hear from them. Booked a 1hr post surgery lymphatic drainage massage and not only did this “lymphatic massage” last 10minutes, the “massage” session very amateurish and unprofessional, as halfway during the session ,Zana, (the clinic manager who had come in half an hour late), forgot she hadn’t got me to fill out and sign the consent form. She had to then stop, and got me with my naked body to complete the form. Truly the pits of unprofessionalism. My body was used a guinea pig and training session for staff, as Zana was showing staff where the lymph nodes are located. She later confirmed to me that they have never had a patient requiring this. I am therefore shocked as to why she told me during consultation she and the other staff, Natalia, were experienced in this. I have since discovered that Natalia is a more of a beauty cosmetologist for the face and has NO experience with post surgery lymphatic drainage massage! I have no idea what Zana’s qualifications are, to provide patients recovering from surgery with this type of massage and is very concerned that vulnerable patients like myself are being misled. I have started a dispute against this clinic with my credit card and taking this further in interest of public safety.
