I knew it was a scam after no communication for a while after arbitration was finished in March 2025. I sent copy of the letter at&t sent me regarding the breach from them. We even had a year of credit report history from them. I will be contacting the Missouri Attorney General as I have all documentation from you and the "rude" Aleris group.
They wouldn't have represented me for over a year if I didn't have a case. They were angry that I was getting aggravated from getting the run around from your firm. Emails and complaints regarding them and Aleris are going out today. I have all emails from them.. stating they did arbitration on my behalf. They are keeping my money and terminated my contract. I have all Att letters proving I was a victim. I picked a fraudulent firm and now I'm screwed.

Their settlement administrators for Milberg June 9 Mass Arb settlement are Horrible. Have had me wait since September to get paid. I have emails and voicemails from the settlement administrator that i would receive payment in SEPTEMBER!

I've tried to reach out to Milberg who did nothing but give lip service. As did the supervisor.

I received an email saying that there was delay regarding the timeline that was originally provided for your payment reissue and they want me to be patient. What a laugh! no duh theres a delay as i still havent received payment as of today. Well over 100 days!
