Mildnear is a scam. I ordered 2 little books in May 2026. After waiting 6 WEEKS (tracking was a joke), I was surprised to find out my "package was delivered"!! I emailed them. All I got was "just wait another couple of days". Then, "check with your neighbors to see if they have it". I only have 3 other houses on my street. All said "no". Wrote back telling them it didn't go to any neighbors. I was THEN told to check with USPS and call the shipping company. Uh-huh. Was given a shipping number. Wrong number. I kept getting the same response from them no matter what I told them. Nope, they said that the package WAS delivered to my address. They even verified my CORRECT address on the emails.

12 EMAILS LATER.....
USPS verified that they scanned the address label on the package before delivery. I most DEFINITELY was NOT my address. They legally cannot tell me what the actual address was, but only that the tracking number ON THE PACKAGE was not matching to MY address.

MANY EMAILS LATER....

Mildnear said I had to have proof from USPS that it was not delivered to me. Okay. USPS themselves emailed them confirming that it was INDEED the wrong address on the label. EVEN SENT THEM A PICTURE OF THE ACTUAL WRONG ADDRESS ON THEIR LABEL!!!!

ANOTHER COUPLE OF EMAILS LATER..

Now I was told that I, MYSELF, had to SEND them the proof. They said they "couldn't figure out" what the USPS had sent them on their email.
Called USPS (they now know it's me when I call by my phone number!), and told Steve (yes...we're now on a first name basis) what the SAID they had to have. He was great, and said he would. He sent, on USPS letterhead, the facts. Everything.
Sent to Mildnear.

TODAY......

I just received a reply from them stating that I DID receive the package.

NEXT EMAIL SENT....

Written all in caps. Essentially that they are morons and that if they think I'm going to let this go, they are wrong.

They replied, "they are still trying to verify my question? And that "the relevant department has not yet given him (whatever idiot that is), and clear answer".

Understand, this package came from SPAIN! 🙄 I'm ASSUMING that they are.... how shall I put this... able to read and write. Comprehend. Of course, you can't call them. Number given but doesn't go through. Naturally. I don't speak Spanish anyway.

Stay tuned for the end of this saga.

DON'T under any circumstances, buy anything from them. You will regret it.

I have used wax pencils for years. I like the shape and the delivery method (like a pen). It’s very handy.

I am using these pens for shasiko and garment work. They worked as described. Now to see how long the last. I have put them into a sealed, air tight container.

It is a handy little sowing kit to have in the house or you can even take it with you.

Good sewing kit but thought there would larger needles mostly all the same size.

It took so long to arrive and be delivered

I ordered three testers. They were divided but the
amount of time was considerable. One tester the
battery was dead. It required me to buy one before
I found out whether it worked.
After replacement it seem to operate OK.
I notice that the reading are different by at least
5-6 points.

Ease of ordering and good communication on tracking.

My order came early and was packaged very well, also the tracking and customer service updates were excellent.

order was received in a timely manner. product was as described. Just need more communication from co. letting you know they received order and when it was being shipped. Thought for a little while I had just lost my money.

Some direction on use would have been better!

Delivered as promised - works well

The package arrived in good condition and earlier than expected BUT the lid of the needle container had come off and ALL of the needles had come out, leaving the package full of loose needles.
I had to find them very carefully. A bit disappointing.

Fast shipping and good Customer service updates.

I ordered chair yoga books from this company. They told me that they were on their way and sent me tracking numbers almost a month later they told me that they were delivered on June 1, 2026. They were not. I contacted the company and again they sent me the tracking numbers for the United States Postal Service. I went to the post office and they told me that these were not their tracking numbers. There was no way that they could look up this package with those numbers. I contacted the company many times and they keep telling me the same story over and over again. So basically, I reported them to PayPal and PayPal got the same information from them and told me that my case was denied because they said the package was delivered. The package was not delivered. Do not under any circumstances order from this company. I truly believe they are a scam and they made no effort to either refund my money or send me another package.

I ordered my sewing supplies and I received them.
