We have just completed our property sale with Miles and Barr and have been really pleased with the service. Maddie and Reuben in the Herne Bay office have been fantastically helpful and Melissa in the progression team has gone above and beyond in making the sale happen (even assisting whilst on annual leave). We're incredibly grateful and would look to return if we were to sell again in the future.

It is always a joy to work with Miles and Barr and the very efficient Louise. It is particularly a breath of fresh air when trying to get anything else done in Broken Britain is so difficult. Miles and Barr still pride themselves in doing a good job,

The service I have received from Miles and barr has been exceptional throughout. They communicated swiftly when issues arose and continued to keep me updated on a regular basis. Special thank you to Louise who went above and beyond when the chain was faltering to work the issue and resolve it quickly.

As a tenant over 2 years with Miles and Barrs I repeatedly experienced missed and poor communications, blatant failure to follow procedures and policies, including failures to formally received a complaint. Attitude of senior managers was arrogant and dismissive. A company very much geared towards landlords and NOT tenants.

During a torturous 7 month sale, Emily Stickler was a constant reassuring advisor and voice of reason. Legalities aside, Miles and Barr team were courteous and efficient.

I have bought and sold a couple of properties and had rented my Folkestone flat to tenants for 18 years and Miles and Barr were by far the best estate agent to work with. With my flat sale, they were hardworking, reliable, very helpful and always kept me up to date. The whole team at the Folkestone office were excellent, especially Emily Stickler who handled the admin of the sale and kept so patient over almost 6 months. Thanks to Emily & Miles and Barr!
