Don’t buy from this company!

Don’t buy from this company, especially as a gift for someone else! Their customer service is extremely slow to respond and the company has no empathy or morals.
I was pushed ads for their products all holiday season and decided to invest in, what I thought was, a nice and upscale Christmas gift for my husband. I ordered it in time for him to open on Christmas, and he decided against keeping the product due to the cost and little use for the products features. I reached out to the company and was basically told I was SOL because it was out of the return window by 11 days. The item was completely unopened and had been wrapped under the Christmas tree for over 2 weeks of my “return window”. So I would’ve had no option to return within 30 days of purchase because I was not the recipient of the item. So disappointed and in today’s economy it’s disheartening that all this company cares about is taking your money and their own bottom line.
Mileseey Tools - do better! And at least have a better return policy for the holiday season.

DO NOT DEAL with is completely…

DO NOT DEAL with is completely disreputable online dealer. They do not reply to emails.
They do not honour agreements with their customers.
They LIE!
they refuse to refund the money that I have requested.
Their product is completely inferior to comparable products.
Total waste of my time and money. I hope they go out of business.
Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of MIELSEEY golf

After months of waiting

After months of waiting, they sent the item and gave me a tracking number. The item was eventually delivered to the WRONG country. So I guess somebody got a free thermal camera. Useless company.

I’m really impressed with my DP20 Dual…

I’m really impressed with my DP20 Dual Laser. I ordered it through Amazon and the next-day delivery was spot on. The dual laser itself is something else — a total game changer — and I would happily recommend it to anyone.

As for the service, I was connected directly with Mileseey through Amazon. The response was instant and they helped me resolve my issue straight away. Excellent support.

I would highly recommend both the product and the company

Apahling Customer Support

I sent several emails to every MiLEESEY support address I could find and utilized their contact/support form from their website - responses were severely delayed and incomplete to say the least. At one point I called the toll free number and requested to be connected to U.S. based customer support. I determined there is NONE. I asked the agent what country she was located in and she wouldn't even give me that information. Subsequently during her "attempt" to assist me, she gave incorrect information. Good luck if you should need warranty support or "wish" to return one of their products.

Inaccurate shipping times listed on website. Ordered a monocular september 28th and its october 21rst now , still no updates, wish i would of read these reviews first before purchasing .

Be very wary

Support is non existent, timelines on the website are completely made up, and the company has no interest in sticking to them

I ordered on the 27th of September with their usual 5ish days delivery "order now to receive by" date. It's now the 6th of October, and only after escalating to Paypal have they even responded to me, only to say they may ship it out by the 10th, stating lack of stock as the issue

Nowhere on the website was the stock issue indicated, nor did they say they were on holidays until the 8th. Though when I originally emailed they weren't on holidays

1 star is 5 stars too many, ordered X1Tape 6 weeks ago but had zero contact about delivery, contacted customer support 3 times without reply
they are taking your money immediately, but zero contact after! I do not trust this company 👍

Wish I could give less than 1 star...
Absolutely dreadful company. Gutted I didn't read the reviews first. Placed an order for a GenePro G1 Rangefinder on the 21 August 2025 which was quoted as in stock. Eventually got an update stating it was now on Pre-Order.
I later chased for a response / update but nothing, no reply.
Then I chased again and told them to cancel the order. They finally replied offering a discount of $40.00 (I'm based in the UK?). I stupidly agreed..
Not seen the rangefinder or the refund / discount. I have since asked for a full refund and now they are not responding at all.
These people are beyond a joke, communication is awful. They take the money and deliver nothing.
AVOID MILESEEY!

1 star is 5 stars too many, ordered rangefinder weeks ago but had zero contact about delivery, contacted customer support 5 times without reply! Such a bad way to run a company, ordering process was smooth because they are taking your money, but zero contact after! Definitely a great way to put people off using your company in the future 👍

Scam company

Scam company. 30 day refund d policy. 10
Emails and still no RMA and label. There is no phone number to call. Contacted credit card company and will file complaint with Attorney General a better business bureau. Left negative review on their website and obviously they removed it. Will also follow with instagram

Mileseey Rangefinder pfs2.

Mileseey Rangefinder pfs2.
This product does not work. Slope measures are not accurate. I have more than 3 degrees between my leica range finder and the mileseey's. I checked with a Bushnell V6, -3° too. So you can't use it. I asked mileseey to solve the problem but i never received an answer.
Stay away from mileseey...

Shipping took way to long for my item

Shipping took way to long for my item. It's been 27 days and still waiting. Had to buy another manufacturer unit that had the item in stock. So now it's worthless to me. So thanks for nothing Mileseey.

Been trying to get support for over a…

Been trying to get support for over a month..have devices that dont work as they claim.

First email to them was replied in two weeks...they said due to holidays engineer not in until tomorrow..that was 2 weeks ago...terrible..i have replied again...i get no where with this company.

You Buy, You Lose

I leave 1 star because 1 star is the bare minimum. I am going minus 1000000.
Can anyone explain to me why this company is still operating? The quality is shit, I got 10 times better stuff on Temu at a third of the price.
My worst purchase in 2024, This is a perfect gift to ruin someone's Christmas
