We had a pre-conceived idea on a trip to Canada in the autumn. The small but friendly staff in the Devizes branch were helpful in matching hotels to our needs, which were also to include visiting a relative in a small town. Booking flights and travel were an essential part of our meeting , and we were very satisfied with our arrangements , and the final price of the package.

Friendly, and very helpful staff . Went out of there way to help with our booking. Spent over an hour waiting for the phone to be answered so they could put on the system exactly what we wanted.

As soon i sat down to book my big birthday (80 ) in 2027 I was made very welcome and and Suzanne was my shop assistant and had prepared 3 different Rail Journeys for me but when I saw the Guided Tour to Switzerland I immediately chose it and Suzanne agreed it would be good for me so the day after I went into the Devizes shop and paid my deposit so I am looking forward to going on my Bucket List holiday and can’t thank Suzanne and all the staff enough for everything and would recommend your company

Excellent service with a smile.
Mollie was very helpful and patient with me. I'm an 81 year old lady and was looking to book a short trip to Alderney with a direct flight from Southampton. She arranged everything for me from the flight to the hotel booking and even arranged transfer from airport to hotel. Mollie managed to hold the flight for me until the end of the next working day, to enable me to get travel insurance. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
