Liam yesterday and Carla initially found our perfect cruise in Norway. It was fairly complicated as our group consists of 6 adults and 4 children split into 3 family groups but, the aforementioned covered all our requirements with aplomb.

We find the staff at Miles Morgan very helpful, friendly and knowledgable when choosing and booking our holidays and would not trust any other travel agents .

We had been let done by another Travel Agent, so we were thrilled when we went into Miles Morgan. We sat down with Hannah Wilkinson and were immediately struck by her can do attitude. In short she worked out two excellent options and we quickly settled on the one that met most of our requirements.

We previously organised our holiday arrangements with Liam (Taunton), this is our 3rd holiday arranged with Liam. Liam is very helpful, knowledgeable and took the time to work with us to understand pur needs, budget and requirements.

We were acknowledged when we arrived and a lovely lady called Amy Bennett dealt we us. We initially only went in for a quote she went through everything with us she was very professional and before we left we decided to book the holiday. All credit to Amy would definitely come back and book again in the future.

The lady that booked the holiday for me was called Fiona she was excellent,she couldn’t do enough for me, i would certainly use Miles Morgan again.

Our Agent Hannah was very patient, diligent and helpful. The shop was clean cool and not busy so it was easy to speak in confidence. I enjoyed being offered a coffee.

It’s so much easier than trying to book it yourself online. We have always used Miles Morgan, the staff are so friendly and helpful. Carla is excellent, she understands our needs and what we want from our holiday, we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I needed a flight organised, and that’s what happened.

Fiona was really helpful when I called enquiring about a cruise I was thinking of booking. Although I had done my research Fiona reminded me to add in flight costs and overnight hotel.
She made further enquiries regarding flights whilst I called my friend. When she called back with cheaper flights for us she stayed well past closing time to complete and confirm the booking on order I could complete it before the special offer ran out.
