I can’t believe how fortunate I am to have been recommended to contact Kerry Miller from Mile Rhodes in respect of obtaining a retirement mortgage. Our case has not been straight forward from the onset for many difficult and emotional reasons and causes. Kerry has graciously guided me through the process continually offering support together with highly professional non judge mental advice and positivity, going above and beyond her role as a financial advisor. The outcome is that a mortgage offer has been agreed. Just need the current property owner to find her new home so that I can start planning my new adventure I never expected I’d have to do in my retirement. It would have been so easy to have thrown the towel in as the tasks and requirements seemed endless and daunting but Kerry had the knowledge, drive and determination to secure the mortgage.

Miles Rhodes - Excellent
The advisor who assisted me, Craig Towle, was brilliant throughout, what for me, was a potentially stressful experience , but which was actually a very simple and straightforward process, thanks to Craig's expertise and patience. Craig assisted me with every step, found me the least expensive and most flexible mortgage provider , making the whole process simple, advising me further on life insurance and suggesting a really excellent and efficient conveyancing solicitor, who really worked hard for me on a time sensitive completion. I cannot recommend Miles Rhodes enough, they were thoroughly professional, but with a personal approach that made my house move easy, with no problems and delays. They really helped me in every step and gave me assistance with matters that would have been baffling and stressful with such a friendly approach that helped me enormously.
