I have been a legacy customer since 2020 on the Turbo hosting plan (xpertdigital.in). MilesWeb heavily markets a "Same Price at Renewal - Guaranteed" policy, which is why I chose them. However, they have completely violated this agreement.
Upon auditing my original 2020 invoices, I found my true 3-year plan base price was locked at Rs. 6,120 (Invoice #89342 & #90148).
In 2023, they overcharged me by billing Rs. 9,180.
This year (2026), they issued an invoice for a massive Rs. 16,880 + GST (Rs. 19,923). This is an unauthorized 175% price hike.
I have raised ticket #MW0277590 and uploaded all historical PDF proof. I am demanding that they refund/credit my 2023 overpayment and adjust my current invoice to my rightful price lock rate. If MilesWeb doesn't honor its advertising guarantee, I will immediately escalate this to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), Ministry of Consumer Affairs, for Unfair Trade Practices.
UPDATE: MilesWeb support (Manoj Kori) has officially refused to honor their advertised lifetime 'Price Lock Guarantee' on Ticket #MW0277590. They admitted to hiking rates due to 'cPanel/infrastructure' and tried to trap me with a 'one-time discount' while keeping the core plan price permanently inflated for future renewals. Completely ignored my proof of 2020 locked-in rates. Escalating this systematic bait-and-switch directly to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) for Unfair Trade Practices.
UPDATE: Thanks to Milesweb Team for taking prompt action and rectifying the invoice. Also, they adjusted the overcharged amount of the previous invoice .

Poor hosting service and extremely disappointing customer experience. The sales team made commitments during the purchase process that were not honored later. In particular, my interaction with Ritik Mitra was very unpleasant. He was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to provide even basic support or assistance when issues were raised.
I expected better communication and customer service, especially after becoming a paying customer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hosting provider to others. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously and improves its sales practices and support standards.

I switched from Hostinger to MilesWeb because the pricing was similar, and I wanted to support an Indian hosting company. Unfortunately, that turned out to be one of the worst decisions I've made for my websites.
The biggest issue is reliability. Server downtime has been far too frequent, and when a server goes down, all client websites hosted on it are affected. There have also been frequent IP changes, which create additional complications and unnecessary maintenance work.
Customer support has been disappointing. Instead of getting quick and effective assistance, you're often directed to an AI bot that responds confidently but frequently fails to understand or resolve the actual issue. When you finally reach support, the response is usually the same generic message: "We appreciate your patience," while the underlying problem remains unresolved.
Hosting providers are expected to deliver stability and uptime, and that's exactly where MilesWeb has consistently fallen short in my experience.
I will not be renewing my plan and intend to migrate to another hosting provider when my subscription ends. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend MilesWeb to others. My advice is to spend a little more on a provider with a stronger track record for reliability and support. The savings are simply not worth the downtime, frustration, and impact on your websites.
