The products look great but I have no idea how to place an order online.
This company gives the impression of being in the UK but if returning items it has to be sent to France. Not happy as cost me a fortune! Customer services not helpful and rude.
The product arrived in perfect condition, with no defects or anything like that. I love it.
The delivery delay was not great but the lack of communication and organisation with the courier and the company (both in the UK and France) made the whole experience unpleasant and stressful.
First of all, the courier (Miliboo won't give their contact details and you can't find a number online) got the address completely wrong (it was a completely different address, not just slightly different). As a result, after the first delivery attempt (thank God noone accepted my furniture at the other addresss), I had to contact the courier (using the delivery guy's mobile phone as he had previously called my number to deliver) and tell them about my address. They then sent it back to the "hub" and then radio silence for a few days.
The UK customer service could offer zero information about where or when and they were not the kindest customer service in the world.
The online chat thing on the Miliboo website was on and off and when I actually managed to talk to a person they also didn't know where my parcel was.
The online tracking system was displaying the wrong statuses.
I was at some point able to get a response from the french email address and another person on the chat box and they actually told me it would be delivered the next day. It did get delivered the next day but I had no way of knowing where my furniture was for day, or whether it would actually be delivered at some point.
It's a shame for a company with nice furniture to have this kind of horrendous customer service and to collaborate with a silent courier provider (Heppner).

Having read reviews, I was very, very sceptical about ordering anything, but they had a bedside table I really liked, so decided to do some company research. I discovered they are based in France, but have a UK office. I initially tried their Online Chat and had an immediate & helpful response to my question. I then telephoned the UK office and a very pleasant lady answered my question and checked stock for me. I told her I was worried about ordering due to the online reviews, and she commented that the vast majority of people are very happy with the service/product, but don't leave reviews, the few unhappy customers always leave reviews. Feeling more confident, I took the plunge and ordered two cabinets. I was kept informed by e-mail as to where my order was up to the and dispatch details. They arrived within six days and the quality was excellent. Putting them together a small unusual screw broke. I contacted customer services and within 5 days a replacement arrived from France. My experience is that both customer service & product is excellent and I would not hesitate to order in future. I can only think that at some point they had a bad patch and things went a bit wobbly, as happens with most companies, but I would certainly recommend purchasing from Miliboo.
I was looking at some items on Miliboo and I saw these reviews and thought I would give my experience. I actually found the customer service to be excellent when I ordered some items in January. Two items, a dressing table and a hallway bench were perfect and are lovely pieces. We did have a problem with a chest of drawers where the top drawer would not stay shut. The response from the customer service was faultless, the problem was agreed and they collected the item, allowing us to package as we has already disposed of the packaging before we noticed the problem. I would not hestitate to buy from them again, pity all the things available in France are not also available in the UK.

Our stools arrived well before the estimated delivery date and we’re well packaged. They are good quality, stylish and good value for money. We are very pleased with our purchase.
I should have seen these reviews before ordering, my experience is just the same as below there customer service team is shocking they promise to get back to you and don't when they do it's someone else where the problem lies my parcel has been in transit for over a week so not sure in the UK where it is they are not bothered once they have your money, I wouldn't even mind if it was damaged I would just like to see what my £400 was invested in. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

They have very simply no UK customer service. Their website offers a UK phone number which is not answered, and a chat option which also does not answer.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING....never recieved the 2 bar stools that cost me £120.00

Bad experience.
I ordered a sideboard but unfortunately a part of the sideboard had a big crack. I told about this to customer service they offered to sent me a replacement part. And few weeks later I received replacement which was damaged again! I told about it to the customer service again and they offered to send another replacement but I didn't want it this time in case it is damaged again and also I didn't want to wait any longer. So I decided to assemble the sideboard with first damaged part with a big crack and claim some discount.( Fortunately the damage is hidden by another parts) And the refund they offered was only £25! I couldn't believe that they thinks that £25 could sort this kind of problem out. But I took it in the end because I just had enough of this nonsense. It was a long stressful experience.

Very bad experience from the product's quality until the service quality. I bought glass top dining table. First of all the product finish isn't great at all (I should have sticked to Made for that and pay a little more) and on top of that the glass top was damaged.
I've contacted them, at least they send me a replacement part after requesting pictures but told me that I had to dispose that damaged 2 meters / 60 kg glass top myself...

I placed an order for pre-Christmas delivery and have spent hours on the phone listening to music getting cut off automatically after 10:30. I have once managed to speak with someone and promised a call back or email to confirm delivery and am still waiting. I have emailed and received no reply. The tracker on the website doesn’t work. On the plus side, I does tell me I have £13 loyalty points - I’ll gladly pass on these!

Do not buy from this company I bought chairs, paid in full beginning of October it’s now 6th December and I do not have the product!!
When I call the helpline I am told there busy and they will be in touch in 48 hours but they never callback!
I’ve seet e mails and no contact....

The order was a total disaster. The furniture was delivered partially damaged.
They were also partially scratched and missing parts. The 2nd piece of furniture of the same series does not match in colour to the other.
The customer service by creating a file about the portal does absolutely nothing at all. It must be called, but even then no help, only to put off... NEVER AGAIN

We bought a bed for our son. It came late, teh packet was damaged and some pieces were missing. After 4 months waiting the lost pieces, we decided to return our purchase. Still waiting for our claim. They do not want to give us our money back, they do not want the bed.

This company is a total fraud - do not buy ANYTHING here. I ordered a couch and received a message that delivery would be delayed without a new delivery date. Trying to call customer service to find out the new date is completely pointless as they either cannot be reached or they do not call back. A few days later I tried calling again, and the guy said he needed to check with head office and would call me back - he never did. Because I lost faith that this company was ever going to deliver my couch, I got back to them and cancelled my order. The customer service department said they'd process this and arrange for a refund. However, a week later I received a message that my couch had been dispatched. I called again and they told me that the couch was now in the UK from France and it would be difficult to give me a refund. I told them that I cancelled in time and I could not be made responsible for their internal miscommunication. Three weeks later, i still did not receive a refund, so I called again. The same week I received a notification of refund, in French, promising me 50% of what I had paid for the couch (in Euros!) because I had to pay for the fact that the couch had been dispatched. I have called again and told them that I cannot be made responsible for their screw ups internally, but unsurprisingly, I have not heard back. And today I received an invite from Miliboo to let them know how I liked my new couch!!! This company is a TOTAL mess - stay far far away from them!

I was very wary to buy my sofas from here after seeing the reviews but with the sofa style i wanted at £100's less than anywhere else so i went for it. Got an email from them saying to make sure you check products before signing for it as they won't accept them after which is fair enough.
Delivered early and nice sofas. I'm sure not as good quality as sofas which cost thousands but for £450 for 2 sofas you can't go far wrong.
