Great products at decent price
Great products at decent price, pretty fast shipping, but dreadful customer service. Sent email and message to contact online to help me with my order (wanted to change it to use my points since I forgot) and never received a reply. Too busy after you've made a sale? not sure. hopefully they can fix that! at least answer your messages even if the problem cannot be solved!

Easy care free buying. Good quality clothing. Got the phantomleaf Z3a full out fit apart from softshell as has no 3xl but rest of items are 3xl Quick delivery.
Be handy if anything out of stock has notes if likely be replace rather than having advertised for a long period of time and no response when clicking to be informed

Product were ok, but the return process is extremely time consuming. A stupid virtual assistant (AI based likely) is answering the phone number for contact and ... it is not able to handle the questions. If you might need to return products, think twice about this online store.
