This brand is so good! the item (a bag) i order came in prompt time (less than 5 days) despite it coming internationally! I'm struggling to see £80 worth of value or quality in the motorbike glasses I bought. Cheap construction basic materials, it almost feels like £5 Chinese version which I also own and can barely tell the difference.

My first order from Military EU in…
My first order from Military EU in December 2025 went well overall, so I was initially satisfied with the store and goods. Unfortunately, my experience with my two most recent orders has been much worse.
I returned items from both orders within the EU 14-day withdrawal period (goods handed to courier within 3 days of receiving the package myself). The returns were received by Military EU, but the refund calculations for both orders contained errors, leaving the expected refund almost €200 short. I contacted customer service immediately. After several messages and about two weeks of waiting, the matter was eventually forwarded to the warehouse for investigation and I got an answer that some of the returned items were not found.
Despite Military EU having confirmed receipt of the returned items, I am still waiting for the refunds — even the lower, incorrect refund amount they originally stated has not yet reached my account. This is strictly against the EU law.
Communication has been slow and the handling of the returns has been unnecessarily complicated. For two straightforward returns, I would expect much faster and more accurate processing.
The packaging quality has also been consistently poor. On several deliveries, the parcels have arrived in such bad condition that the couriers have had to tape the boxes back together before delivery to prevent the clothes from falling out or becoming damaged inside the package.
My first purchase gave me a positive impression of Military EU, but the handling of these latest two orders and returns has significantly reduced my confidence in the company. I hope they resolve the refunds promptly and improve both their return process and packaging quality. I would advice buyers to be aware and at least check the return tickets item by item. From my experience, I've had problems with 2/3 of my returns and have not received any money from the biggish two returns I've made. I am waiting for over 700 euros for the time being!
I was about to order more stuff here, but due to latest experiences I need to still think twice. Certainly I am not ordering more if they would return all the money from items I packed in the return packages. And I will make sure a lot of people know about these scammers if they would not return all my money. It might also be that the courier THEY CHOSED has lost some of the items, OR the shitty re-used packages MILITARY CHOSE TO USE were damaged under return shipping. Anyhow, military is the responsible of these things as they chose the courier used as well as using old shitty packages that have every time been beaten up as they've arrived on my door.
According to EU law I should have had some money back already, but I haven't. This thing stinks... a lot!
