Fast shipping but measurements are way off
Shipped very fast so thats 10/10
Order had everything I ordered 10/10
BUT, the measurements are off by more than 10% which for me is unnacceptable.
I ordered a 42cm long backpack, its 46.
I could send it back, but i will just try my luck with this on the wizzair sizing thing when I fly.

Minor fault
I had a faulty hose it would have been simply for the company to send me a new one, but they have insisted I return the whole item. Then they will issue a refund.

OverallGood products, but price protection could be clearer
Overall, I have had a good shopping experience with this store. I have bought several military and outdoor products here, including jackets, trousers and footwear, and I am generally very satisfied with the quality of the products. The delivery and overall shopping experience have also been good.
However, one thing that has been quite frustrating is that several products I purchased were reduced in price shortly after I bought them. The 30-day Price Protection is a good idea and was one of the reasons I felt comfortable ordering without waiting for a sale.
The problem is that sometimes the price protection coupon is not issued. I was told that because I had used reward points when placing an order, I was not eligible to receive the price protection coupon after the product price dropped. However, I could not find this restriction clearly stated in the published 30-day Price Protection rules.
I am still satisfied with the products and will probably shop here again, but I hope the store can make the Price Protection terms clearer and apply the policy more consistently. This would make the overall shopping experience much better.
