How is a driver not delivering my groceries my fault
No delivery
No Refund for 1-3 days
No Groceries
Seriously this was the 10th delivery to the same address and suddenly I can't be found and groceries returned to store
I have to wait for the refund
and also PLACE the order and PAY for it again
No Thanks
Just lost me as a customer

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. I've been using Milkrun for 10 months. Customer service was great at the start and they were helpful when things went wrong, giving vouchers to use for future purchases due to the inconvenience caused (short dated cream cheese I needed to make a meal the night I made the order). Over time things have gotten terrible. I ordered groceries one night because it was raining and I was short on time. Groceries never arrived and the photo of the doorstep wasn't mine. I messaged Milkrun and after going searching for the groceries as they suggested (in the rain), they finally agreed to resend them. I was glued to the screen to make sure the delivery vehicle didn't make a wrong turn. No offer of a voucher to make up for the massive inconvenience to my evening. Then today, groceries are delivered and there's a badly dented can of tomato sauce. They offer me a refund. How useless is that? I needed the sauce for dinner. When I complained they said all they could do was give me a refund (this was after engaging with a chat bot and receiving what was obviously some kind of chat gbt email). I feel like ten months ago they were trying really hard and now they just don't give a toss. Have uninstalled the app from my phone and will never use again. Constant problems and more trouble than it's worth. Terrible customer service.

First time customers Sunshine Coast Noosa Sunshine Beach
Order not delivered no attempt by Bruno driver to deliver groceries tracked him in app to 1 minute away from my address...then app stated no delivery as no mobile number for me...
Then my app says returned order to store.
They have my money
They have my order
I have nothing
They don't answer phone
They don't reply to my emails 6 of them sent in last 40 minutes.

I just signed into MILKRUN yesterday…

I just signed into MILKRUN yesterday for the first time in New Plymouth & my experience was amazing! Definitely worth using, the order was delivered in less than 30 minutes by two lovely polite MILKRUN employees😊 wonderful service!! Took me months too decide to try this service and now I am so happy I finally did AAAA++ service from Woolworths Spotswood and MILKRUN thank you 😊

Good but no Boosted product points will be given!

Great for delivery of groceries if you cant get there etc, but you wont get any bonus points for your boosted products…. They will lie to you long enough to hope you go away and it’s too late to get the points etc pretending they dont have this issue but they have bad reviews stating back to last year telling them of this issue they obviously haven't bothered to fix it. Items cost a few $$ more too on some things. Also delivered by any local driver who deliver food, one taking off with my big pile of those disney cards too….. disappointed. But learnt my lesson if your not worried about rewards points etc service is ok if your desperate!

Delivery within time-all goods…but be aware

Delivery within time-all goods there-but be aware that prices are significantly marked-up and limited compared with standard Woolworths prices-putting aside the first free deliveries, I think you would be better off using Delivery Unlimited for $15 per month. Not as quick as Milk Run in terms of delivery timing but can do next day or same day. You get access to all the products on the Woolworths website. If you collect points double the points. 10% off for instore purchases once you are a member.
Downside is that the service doesn't accept that discount or other WW discounts such as those for everyday insurance.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. All items except coffee, milk and poppers were damaged. Bananas were green and strawberries were not a full packet. Bags were ripped and driver didn't take a photo of order as it was damaged

Good customer service

Have used Milkrun several times with no problem... friendly drivers and fast. The latest time there was a mix up with products. All it took was a phone call... immediately got an apology, was told to keep what was delivered and had my original order delivered for free in minutes. I really enjoy this sort of customer service.

Worst app ever. Do not trust it. They always bring he ring stuff and then give you a voucher that is is not worth the pain. Stay away from this app to avoid headaches.

Absolute Duds

Absolute Duds. The drivers are from Uber and Door Dash - aka the worst elements of the now decaying taxi industry. Remember them?? Yep, the world's biggest dirtbags all work for Milkrun. If you're lucky enough to get your order in under 90mins, these dirtbags won't get out of their cars to bring it to your door. Zero stars.

Not worth it

Appalling service. I’ve given this app a few chances but each time there has been a fault. The most recent issue that has made me want to leave a review is the extended delivery time. The ETA has been extended by a further 19 minutes and on the tracker the driver seems to be going around in circles. In the past, Woolworths have placed the incorrect items in my bag and when it comes to items that are to be exchanged due to it being sold out, they have replaced it with items that aren’t close to what I’ve ordered. What a waste of money. The drivers have also constantly rung the doorbell and knocked on the glass screen numerous times regardless of the delivery note I placed asking to “please leave at the door, do not ring the doorbell”. When I’ve tried to reach out to MILKRUN to address these issues as they’ve occurred I’ve been met with a very annoying Bot that seems to resend the same responses over and over again. If you email them then they will give you a small percentage of a refund that takes close to a week to show up in your account. I am very dissatisfied with this service and it’s such a shame that something that could’ve been so good and so convenient to so many people operates so poorly.

Never get out of the car to take to your door.…

I can understand why there are so many bad reviews my 4th delivery clear instructions with code for the gate to enter every time just sit in the car. How is it they deliver to your door if they don’t even get out of car? Rather pay woolworths to actually get a delivery ?

Visiting in NZ from the UK where we shop online daily. Most pathetic service ever received. Got better service in South Africa where online is in its infancy. Lettuce arrived rotten, order left in the pouring rain outside. This would never leave a store in the UK ever. Pathetic service and quality of products

Been using this app for the…

Been using this app for the inconvenient times with 5 kids I don’t always have time to go to the shops this app was ideal to begin with but over time we have had multiple issues with food being opened/food missing now orders getting delivered to the wrong address and can’t retrieve them also having to wait days for a refund so so disappointed and don’t think I’ll be using this app in the future so I can avoid these issues.

refunds take up to 5 days

I’ve used MILKRUN for 6 months been ok up till now. The orders don’t arrive in minutes my last order took 50mins, the order was wrong it was filled with children’s lunches and I ordered pet food. I watched the driver speed away called them to let the driver know wrong order, MILKRUN don’t do that they process a refund, which can take 1 to 5 business days!! Just lies, I own a business and process a refund instantly, I have called them everyday and emailed I want my refund I need to feed my anilmals
