Wrong items sent which they will not replace. I ordered some outdoor lights, not an LED strip, which have their own sticky pad on the back of each light to make it easier to install. Package arrived earlier than they advised so very excitedly I opened it only to find LED strip lights. I instantly contacted the company on 27 December and conversation is still ongoing. Despite having concrete proof that I have the wrong lights they are maintaining they are right. My order clearly shows different lights, which cost less. Not happy and would suggest everyone beware when purchasing from this company

The packaging was really impressive. It was sturdy and ensured that the contents inside were well-protected. The products came in a box which was neatly wrapped, giving it a premium feel. I found it easy to unbox without any hassle. All in all, an excellent packaging job.
