The company has been completely unresponsive. I have returned the product for a refund and emailed several times but have received no response. The ‘manage subscription’ page is also inaccessible. Consequently, I am unable to prevent future transactions and am concerned that this is a scam.

I have ordered from Milktab three times. I was perfectly satisfied the first time, ok the second time but had to wait for a backorder, which they e-mailed me about. The third purchase was for 5 boxes, six weeks ago. I have sent them several e-mails, to both their listed customer support address, and as a response to the employee that messaged me previously. I have not received any responses. (1-Star original review)

Update: I finally received my order. I upgraded my review to 3-Stars because of that. The product itself is 5-stars. The lower rating was simply because of lack of communications about my order delay. I would have rated it 5-stars even with the delay as long as I was kept in the loop.

I ordered 7/12/25 during an expected 2-4 week back order. I emailed for an update 8/7/25 and 8/11/25 and was informed 8/12/25 they were fulfilling in the order received. I emailed today 8/27/25 to request more information because they have poor non proactive communication.

I spent $123 on 8/1/25 and as of 8/22/25 no product has shipped. I have sent multiple emails to the company and they have only responded to 1. Trying to get my money back.
