I initially had written a review based on some misunderstandings with Brandon. He contacted me to clear things up. We agreed that communication issues are mostly due to his currently being understaffed which he hopes to rectify soon.

I accidentally ordered a passenger side bracket for my nb miata instead of a drivers side and Brandon B came to my rescue getting back to me and changing my order within the hour. 10/10 customer service and I would highly recommend!

Shipping was fast and everything arrived exactly as expected. Really happy with my experience !

Ordered the wrong part at first, but their customer service was super responsive and helped me exchange it without hassle. The correct part arrived quickly and worked perfectly. Excellent customer service and great company! Highly recommended!

I placed an order and paid. I received an email notifying (you) the company made a mistake and didn't charge correctly for shipping. If I were in a store or restaurant they would honor the original transaction if it was done being placed and paid for. The company wouldn't come back and say you need to pay more because WE made a mistake in pricing as I'm walking out the door. The final price should stand. I will be paying another company to purchase this from and let everyone I know about my situation and tell then NOT to use your company for anything.

I ordered some Holley EFI parts from Milky motorsports. I live in Australia and the local price for these parts was crazy. Brandon from Milky price matched the parts and also shipped to Australia. The parts arrived safe and sound in a well packaged box around 2 weeks from the date of purchase. I will use again if I need any more parts out of the US.

I ordered some ARP head studs on their website with shipping here in italy, studs arrived, positive feedback with transaction

just ask have better communication, you need a people for reply on website chart and emails, is hard talk with you

Update: Brandon reached out after I posted this review and my email went to spam. He informed me that the part is no longer on the shelf and asked that I delete the review. I am willing to update it but after almost 2 weeks of being ignored and this is what it takes to get attention hurts me. Sad the part is no longer available but will continue looking. I wish them luck and hopefully anyone else who does business with them is mindful of what can happen.

So, I reached out regarding a part that they have that is no longer produced that they have on the shelf. I asked about a discount and was told that the MAP could not go any lower. I then reached out to the manufacturer and they said they could talk with them about it for what it could be advertised for. I know that Milky Motorsports can make a deal for less on the phone or over email to get rid of what they have for old stock. However, numerous phone calls and emails with zero response since leads me to believe they are unwilling to do business. If this changes, happy to update. Otherwise, they seem to be not willing to discuss anything.

I ordered a part for my custom buildout and it arrived promptly and fit perfectly. I usually don’t leave reviews but this customer service called for it. 🤩 Will be ordering all my parts from here moving forward.

Attempted to contact them via email about their price match guarantee once as it said to on their website. After ~1 week of waiting began attempting to reach out via phone calling multiple times over the course of a week at different times a day and they did not pick up the phone once, nor did I get a call back, or a response to my email complete radio silence from their end. Terrible customer service.
Update: it is the next day and they did finally reach out to me and we came to a settlement on the part. I spoke with Brandon who struck me as a pleasant man to deal with and we came to a consensus about the product I was after. Still disappointed in the lack of communication but it appears to have been from a mistake out of their control.

Brandon B at Milky Motorsports helped get a great shipping quote to UK for a parts which is not readily available over here and the shipping was significantly cheaper than elsewhere!
Will definitely buy from these guys again!

False listing & refusing to give a refund

Absolute joke of a company.

Purchased a BRIAN TOOLEY RACING kit, however they falsely advertised the product.

The listing shows the entire kit on the photos and listing however on a few parts arrived

We even paid extra $54 for quicker shipping but still received it late

Contacted Milkymotorsports and they blamed the manufacturer

Love this store - I order items from them regularly and they always ship them to me in Australia quickly and for a fair shipping price. Very reliable and reasonable.

Extremely low-quality product not fit for high-end or any nice vehicles. Show me in this ad, anywhere it clearly states “this product is delivered with primer and must be painted.” I have a hard time finding it, and it is not as appears in photo black/glossy. Once your order is placed, you immediately get a disclaimer. Weird, but now I know why, they will ship you a crappy product. Buyer Beware, Stay Away!!!!!

Purchased DV8 doors inserts for a 2016 JKUR 4-doors. Sturdy as it should, high quality as expected from DV8. Installation was a no-brainer. Milky was one of the few offering decent shipping time/rate for Canada. Quote / Invoice process was fast and easy. Product was also in stock. Great e-mail exchange with Brandon. I highly recommend.
