Milkyway Distribution 

Ordered camera via Onedigitals AT / part of Milkyway HKG.
All Onedigitals web-sites in Europe were closed and my money is lost

I ordered a mobile via Mobicity which seems to be part of Milkyway Distribution. Now the Mobicity.co.uk web site is not working and couple of emailids are retruning delivery failure mails. Not sure what to do. I have lodged a complaint with UK online cyber crime who are yet to identify the culprits.

Currently following up with the following email but no response on my money:

SCAM... Do not use operated under Mobcity which is now closed and still owe me for undelived item. They are now trading under Onedigital .

Ordered a Camera decent price, on 5 th Jan 2018, after a few weeks, a few emails from "Karla" asking us to be patient, and another email aksing us if we wanted our money back.

Checked their company, and found that director Yuen Ho WONG, based in Hong Kong, and with australian Passport is in charge of this Scam.
So I am definately denouncing all the companies and Mr WONG!

I have been scammed by this company, through Onedigitals that comes under their umbrella. ordered item on 20th nov, basically I have had the same old sh1t from them, I eventually received an email acknowling my cancelled order, but no mention of my money, I email daily with zero response. I have reported fraud to bank and to the UK and Irish fraud departments. And I’m not finished there, I will keep going until they take this company down (not to mention their connected scam companies Venture Direct and most certainly others that I am looking into. Like a dog with a bone. I won’t rest until I get MY money back. ALWAYS review online companies and ALWAYS call the number provided to ensure you speak to a human before you part with your hard earned cash. No contactable number, no order. I have learned a hard lesson here, that’s for sure. Disgusting that these companies are able to continue trading and scamming. There are so many people left without their Christmas gifts this year as not everyone will be able to afford to reorder.
