I order from this company and refused to refund me
I order from this company and refused the parcel at delivery as the custom charge were to high for items I was not sure about (size or fit) so I ask the carrier to return to the parcel to sender they did and Millania received a parcel as it is clearly described on the dhl tracking but when I ask for a refund the claim to not have received anything so since they refuse to refund me more than 300€. Customer service phone doesn’t work and emails are not professional they stopped replying to me.

I just got my order form Millania and I love it! The staff was so helpful with everything since I don’t live in Germany and can’t speak german and didn’t know how to make the order in the website . I ordered two puffer jackets and let me tell you the material is soooo good , warm and soft , I love it ! Will definitely buy again !
