When hearing that horrific sound of little feet running across our loft we immediately catastraphised the situation. A quick message on the online chat and then a call at 8am on Monday morning to Millenium Pest Control has been well worth it. Within 2 hours we had been visited by one of their experts, Jamie B, who put our minds at ease very quickly. He was polite and friendly, not phased by the barking dog and got to work in the loft. He talked us through what he was doing, checked to see where our new friend may have got into the loft and explained about the differences and times of noises. After leaving the necessary in the loft, tidying up and also checking outside for us gave us some tips and will be coming back in 2 weeks to check on the progress. I can’t recommend highly enough, and the dog was a fan too :)

Bed bug treatment. Had two treatments done. First by Kris and then the second follow up today by Jamie. Both very knowledgable and really nice chaps. Nothing was too much trouble. Great aftercare info and the lady on the phone i spoke with beforehand was also very good. Would highly recommend

Chris returned to the Fishermen`s Hospital for a 3rd and 2nd visit and was patient and helpful in his observations and advice re Bed Bug infestation in two cottages and was efficient in administering the chemical .

Jamie at Millennium Pest Control has been fantastic. A neighbour has a severe rat issue that they refuse to control which began early 2023. Despite reporting this to the council the issue is still ongoing. I have pest control out most months to try and control the situation as best as possible from my properties borders. Jamie comes out to most of these visits and has been a fantastic help. I would highly recommend this service. Jamie provides me with a report as evidence after each visit which has been hugely helpful with my case.

First time I have ever had to call in a pest control company and very happy with my experience with Millenium Pest Control. 2 visits were carried out by friendly informative technicians who did what was necessary with the minimum of fuss or disruption. Mice problem eradicated within the week and if we have issues of this kind in future will gladly bring in these guys for their advice and action as appropriate.
