Food is nice. Waiters are nice. Can make friends with them. Always good service, fresh food and very warm. Can be a bit loud sometimes. Steak is good. I’m hungry.

Our party of six went to Miler's Ale House at 17-92 and Lee Road, to celebrate a 75th Birthday dinner. We got there at 2pm on Sunday, 9/15. Gave our name. Was told "15 minute wait" and we'd be "TEXTED" when table was ready. We let hostess know we'd be sitting outside because bench was full inside...We waited half hour. The was told another 5 minutes. After an hour's wait we went back inside and waited and the Hostess who couldn't care less and had an attitude told us she called our name three times (inside). She knew we were waiting outside and never came outside to call our name and she's also advised we'd get a "TEXT" when a table was ready. The food was over cooked Pork dish was black, and no gravy poured on it and mashed potatoes cold. Our waitress Tabatha was great. Tableware wasn't at table and waitress had to search for it because none washed..You need to get a better customer service-oriented hostess that cares, smile and is friendly and efficient and more cooks, for a Saturday...We won't be back. We are white and hostess wasn't and had seated 3 parties of same race that came in after us, before us, and that may have been her issue. Don't know! Don't care. We spent over $200 to be treated in this manner and won't be back...

Worst Philly cheese steak ever trying to find the cheese and onions and green peppers and mushrooms waslike looking for a needle in a hay stack

The wait time was minimal. Service was efficient. Food was perfect except my 6oz. sirloin. Grilled perfectly but no flavor.

The unit in West Boca Raton Florida is so slow always taking over 1 hour but unfortunately we are Very disappointed they changed their menu stop serving the steak fajitas 👎 big mistake for a restaurant to offer only chicken fajitas

My first time at Miller's. It WON'T be my last!!! Burgers were great, service was friendly and quick, prices were in line with other local bistros.

My daughter had her baby shower here at the South Phila location. Our server Atrea who has excellent customer service, was friendly and kind. The food was delicious, and it was a cozy and nice atmosphere. I highly recommend Miller's to anyone looking for superb service.

meal here tonight was gorgeous, our server Bracus was amazing too so helpful treated us like vip's definitely be coming back again highly recommended one of the best on international drive in my opinion

Smithers at the bar was great. Wonderful bartender and server. One of the best. She does a great job.

Service was great in Snellville. Ga. Tiffani was my bartender, and she was amazing. Recommended great food and the service was exceptional.

Ordered the Pork Osso Buco at Miller’s Ale House in Snellville, GA. The entre was excellent and the service was very good. Lots of tender meat to enjoy.

Appetizers were really bad, meat was too tough to chew, cooked wrong. Never will go back

This would be my 2nd time visiting this place. It was not my choice being we had family in town. I was not looking forward to this at all. Reason being is the same reason I experienced the 1st time I visited. First off, when you enter the restaurant you are greeted to be told there is a 15min wait. When you look around the restaurant has OPEN seating. Its every other table is open. That in itself is upsetting. (3 years post pandemic???) As the lobby filled up with customers our patience wore thin and other guests shared the same sentiment. We finally got sat. Our server or I would assume he was being he wasn't wearing a apron (whatevers). He took our drink order and 20mins later arrived with drinks. My party already knew what we wanted to order. That also took forever to arrive. I ordered garlic parm wings. My wings didnt taste like garlic parm. The sauce was broken and was sitting in a plate of oil that may have been butter at some point. One ordered a Zinger Mountain. That was a mess, Had extra crispy burnt tenders, and cheese, what cheese. Wife ordered quesadillas. It was soggy AF! Another ordered a salad which came out last! Our server knew we were upset and he had a KM (kitchen manager) approach the table. He was aggressive in the way he spoke to the table. Did he fix the issues? Yeah, I guess. He took items off the tab and offered more for the next visit. LOL..(not happening). Kitchen i out in open. I expect these mistakes in a busy restaurant. Not at this one. You figured with a restaurant so slow that they would be on point with service and food. Not at this one. I would not suggest and recommend anyone come to this restaurant. I myself will not come to this restaurant ever again.

Visited the Lutz, Florida Miller's Ale House. What a terrific restaurant. Great food. Awesome service (shout out to Natalie Osh!) and the manager Jacqie was doing a fantastic job juggling a large crowd on a Friday night. Well done. Great team.

Location Rockaway NJ..around 3:30 pm
We are senior citizens. My husband, just wanted an order of 6 mozzarella sticks but just ordered " mozzarella sticks..the waitress brought him the 12 piece order and he was a bit upset...I know it was his fault for not specify 6, HOWEVER; if she was a good waitress she should have asked the customer "6 or 12.?" .. But it was her unfriendly attitude when my husband brought it to her attention.. We go to Miller's several times a year and the waitresses have southern pleasant..
My husband left less than the expected tip strictly due to her attitude.
We have no complaints the food..it's always good...

Love coming here especially when Dre and Carla our servers are here. They always make us feel at home and are very professional . Jose the manager is also great always has a smile and polite! Would recommend people to come and dine in the experience.
