I placed my first (and last) ever order…
I placed my first (and last) ever order with Millies in the first week of June. The total cost of the order was more than £80 and I was excited to receive the products. The courier Millies used (UPS) allegedly “lost” the parcel 📦 I contacted customer service immediately to request support and provided evidence that I had not received anything. I had also spoken with UPS customer service who advised me that the retailer (Millies) would need to log a claim with them and would likely provide a refund or replacement.
When I didn’t get any response from Millies I tried to message them on WhatsApp as per the website. No response whatsoever. Messages still not read to date.
After a lot of chasing an actual human being replied to my emails but 4 weeks later nothing has been resolved. The customer service team are telling me that they are chasing UPS (after asking me for the relevant number to call them) They haven’t offered me a replacement or refund. I have had to chase them every single week for updates - currently none. I have repeatedly asked how to escalate my complaint and now, 4 weeks later, explicitly asked for a copy of their complaints policy and contact details for the leadership team. Let’s see if I get any sort of response!
Being £80 out of pocket and having received nothing it’s fair to say that I’m pretty disappointed and frustrated. I will never be ordering from Millies again.

Would not honor a discount code I had
Would not honor a discount code I had, they had sent me the discount code directly and still would not allow me to use it. There was a summer sale on but my item was not in the sale and was still full price- I rang to enquire about this and they said that the website could not decipher what was on sale and what wasn't, so I could not use my new discount code, which was very unfortunate because I will not be ordering from them again.
Usual websites such as boots etc. Will always honor a discount code if the item is not on a sale, I understand when something is on sale, but if something is not on sale, one should be allowed to use a discount code- I found it very unsatisfactory and at the end of the day it's Millie's that loses out because I will be going to other retailers in future because of this.
