I made an error in delivery address, i initially got a reply saying they couldn’t help me. But I spoke with a lady called Erin who went above and beyond and sorted out a redelivery for me. Thank you for saving the day!

Received a damaged product after ordering online. Customer service representative says that the company does not offer compensation or refund for damaged products. They offered me a free cookie voucher which is useless as I dont live near branch (hence why I ordered online in the first place). Terrible service overall and will not recommend to anyone.

I ordered a giant cookie for my son’s birthday a full week in advance to ensure it would arrive on his actual birthday. On the morning of delivery I received an e mail saying it had been picked up from the depot only to then receive another update stating it had been delayed and wouldn’t arrive until the following day.
I contacted Millie’s online customer service for help but unfortunately they were incredibly unhelpful and offered no real solution. It makes me wonder why customers are asked to choose a delivery date if Millie’s can’t honour it!
In the end I called one of their physical stores directly. Thankfully the store team were brilliant and managed to make me a giant cookie within a couple of hours. They saved the day but the online service really let us down.
My recommendation don’t prefer online! The instore inexperience is far better and I won’t be purchasing online from Millie’s again!

Places a online order for a Millie's cookie to be delivered for my sons birthday. I had one of these cookies a while ago, and couldn't wait.
£30 for a
Double cookie, expensive but I thought it was worth it! It arrived and omg has the standards dropped. It was hard, it just crumbled and generally taste so stale and old. It was not fresh!! Emailed customers services and they was not helpful! They wouldn't even acknowledge my complaint as it was regarding taste!? Disgusting customer service! Never again!! Would not recommend! Maybe it's just the online delivery and if your actually line near a shop they taste edable

Very disappointed when picked up large cookie that my daughter had ordered for my grandsons birthday, not a lot of options when ordering on line and I asked if they could add the name Max and I would pay but said no.I said to my daughter next birthdays for the others she should go to Costco so this will be the last time any of us will use this company.

Well it’s my son’s birthday and I’ve ordered a birthday cookie to arrive today. I’ve had a message to say the driver can’t access the area that I live as it’s gated. Do these drivers have no common sense? Why not ring the customer and prevent all these problems🤷♀️I have tried to call customer services and the person is conveniently on the phone and the mail box is full. I can’t get my breathe. These companies need a shake up. This is a fresh product which I specifically paid for today’s delivery . Absolutely furious 😡

We have been ordering from Millie’s cookies for years. Every occasion has had a different giant cookie, we have loved them all.
Tastes delicious and they are stunning!

Lovely staff, rubbish product.
I visited the Hull shop today to purchase a birthday treat... we bought a mix of 8 cookies, and were so disappointed! They tasted past their best - a bit stale to be honest, and quite artificial.
Needless to say the other 6 went into the bin.

Cookie cake arrived damaged after it was poorly wrapped by Millie’s Cookies so ruined for Mother’s Day celebration. When I complained, they offered me a store gift voucher. I told them I’m no way near a store (which is why I paid £5 for delivery) so it would be completely pointless having one. They told me it was their ‘full and final’ offer. A very abrupt response and very unsatisfactory. I have used them for decades and won’t be again.

Been getting Millie's cookies for years but lately they have been terrible 😭. The last couple times we have bought cookie cake online there has hardly been any icing on and the last cookie cake we had tasted stale and was falling apart and also had pretty much no icing inbetween. Messaged customer service and all they said was our feedback was valued and they will be sure to make improvements. Am gutted because we love Millie's cookies cakes and have always got them for birthdays and Christmas but will definitely not anymore.

Normally love a Millie’s cookies treat however writing this review to let people know not to order the online delivery option, cookie looks nothing like advertised on their website and the taste was pretty disappointing too.
If this cookie was less in price then I would just take the loss but the fact the total came to just short of £40 with delivery and customer service offering no help and trying to tell me they can’t guarantee the cookie would look the same (I’m not expecting identical but for the price you’d think it would be pretty close)
So disappointed. I love baking myself and could have done a better job.

My delivery came broken. I completed the online form to ask for my £25 order to be refunded as my item arrived damaged - no one has bothered to respond back to me. Will not be ordering from here again.

I experienced a checkout issue when placing an online order which resulted in two sequential orders being processed 37 seconds apart, including two delivery charges.
I only intended to make one purchase and received only one confirmation email. Had I received confirmation of two orders, I would have cancelled one immediately.
The two order numbers were sequential and created within the same minute, indicating they were processed during the same purchase session rather than being two deliberate orders. If I had intended to buy two items, I would reasonably have added a quantity of two within a single order and avoided paying two delivery fees.
I raised this with both the retailer and my credit card provider. While I understand that technical scheme rules were applied, I was disappointed that no responsibility was acknowledged for the checkout experience that led to the duplicate processing. The responsibility appeared to be placed entirely on the customer to have identified the issue at the time, despite only one confirmation being received.
I also note that several other recent reviews reference similar frustrations with customer service responses, which was concerning to read.
Overall, the situation felt handled strictly by policy rather than common sense or customer care.

Ordered a double cookie for a birthday and it arrived extremely dry and completely crumbled by a light touch, I spoke to customer service and they kindly sent out another just to have the exact same issue. Cookies should not crumble to pieces and be so dry it falls apart especially when it’s a double and has icing holding half of it together. Extremely disappointing but can say customer service response was fast and effective also delivery service was amazing just need better quality product.
