Poor quality for the price. I bought the poplar pointed flats in brown in Dec 2025 and noticed immediately that the sole was coming off. Got in touch with the team and they told me they would give me $20 for the replacement of the sole - for a brand new shoe.. Unfortunately both soles are now coming off and I've barely worn them. Wish I read the reviews here. While the shoes are very pretty and very comfortable I will not be returning. Poorly made and poor customer service.

This was my first experience with Millwoods Shoes and I regret it. I ordered my usual size, but when they arrived they were too small. When I tried to exchange them, there was nothing left in my size. Customer support was unhelpful and the only option offered was a store credit—which is useless when there’s nothing available that fits. I’m extremely disappointed and regret taking the risk on this brand.
