Placed an order 3 weeks ago for a birthday present. It never arrived. When I spoke to them on the phone they were very rude. Don't go near them.

Potential Milly and Pip customers should be aware... If your purchase doesn't arrive the supplier is reluctant to send a replacement. In my case they tried to assert an incorrect address (not true!) to wriggle out of sending a new card. I paid £9.50 to receive nothing but upset.
