www miltondentist com goes by Towne Dental in person. I had been a customer of theirs for 35+ years. Unfortunately life happens and my Dentist provider passed away and the corporation transfered to a bunch of yahoos that cannot math or customer service. I have been nothing but sad, then upset and now infuriated by their inability to do basic procedures but moreso the admin staffs inability to charge correctly, or tell you what you will or will not be covered for. In a time of uncertainty I have to avoid the Dentist for about 5 years to compensate for their inability to just let me know that if I had waited one day for service, they would be covered by my husbands insurance plan. Then twice they told me that I was "in arrears" because THEY processed the wrong amount, while in person telling me that I had a credit on my account. I believe there might be insurance fraud now happening here. How can both things be happening to our account at the same time otherwise. I have asked them to redact my information I have never been so displeased with a service provider.
