The 3 stars are for the quality of the…

The 3 stars are for the quality of the hair. I had to go back a couple of times because the wig was not right. You would think having your head measured beforehand it would be accurate but it wasn't. They are desperate for you to put a review on their website. I have tried to contact Mimi but she didn't even have the decency to respond. I paid a lot of money for a service I am now correcting myself. I can't believe they thought I was happy with it. It's all smoke and mirrors in the salon but when you get home and look closely at the wig you realise it is not what you wanted. I did read on another site that there are no styles from customers apart from the owner. Big red flag. I would not recommend.
