We felt this wasn’t a four star hotel

We felt this wasn’t a four star hotel. We were allocated a studio room which is approximately 150 metres from the main hotel. The plug socket was upside down and then fell off, the paintwork throughout was chipped and dirty, the lampshade had fallen off and fitting came off when we tried to turn it on. It was very dark and the studio apartments are located next door but one to a club and it was extremely loud until 4am. We were very disappointed.

A gem of a hotel

What a beautiful hotel right in the heart of London in Soho. I was in London for the weekend for a course and it was the perfect place to stay. I got one of their cosy rooms, yes it has no window and is tiny, but was perfect for my needs. Comfy bed with soft pillows unlike those rock hard things you get in so many hotels. Great shower with lovely complimentary toiletries. Staff so friendly and welcoming too. Excellent value for money too, a real gem.
