The product was broken. I wanted to return the product. I have been emailing with Hannah from the Company for weeks and have done everything, send pictures and videos but I am not getting a postlabel and confirmations that I will get money back. I have to accept that the money is gone. This was a gift from my sisters to my son on his 3 years Birthday. It makes me so mad!!!

Toy for our 2 years old which came straight from China
We ordered a Toy for our son and really thought this would be of quality given the price (circa 600kr i.e. 80e). It is not signaled/written anywhere on the website that the products are coming straight from China.
Turned out to be a cheap Chinese one. The lowest quality ever on the plastic; and cherry on the cake, the songs played from the toy are in Chinese.
I would strongly discourage anyone from buying there.

This website is a huge scam!!! Do not buy! It seems like a danish website but the products are sent from China! It takes more than 3 weeks for the order to arrive only to realize I overpaid for some products that are not worth more than 50 dkk. They even misspelled the words on the boxes. I sent them an email saying I want to return the products because they do not reflect the price I paid for them! They asked me for pictures! 🤷🏻♀️
In the next mail I asked them why should I send them pictures if I am not satisfied with the product! I should have the possibility of return like on every other website I orders from!
If anyone knows where I can report this thieves please let me know! They need to get shutdown!!!

Can anyone tell me how to report or block a fake company and get the money back? This web shop is sooooooo scary, and I can not believe that it exists in Danish market although it seems opened by some Chinese. What if people forgot to check the Trustpilot? I really hope no one else will be cheated by them again, and this webshop should be forced to close, fake contact email, fake contact numbers, fake tracking number, oh my god, what is true? This is the first time I was cheated by a webshop, and hope it was the last time, please never never trust this website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It arrived crushed, and despite EU law guaranteeing returns within 14 days of receipt, the firm has refused to accept a return. I have an $80 crushed toy to give ‘Min Lille Mus’ for christmas.
