On dated 5th of December, I was forced to travel 238 km for an unnecessary meeting for my CV. While I had done my CV according to my online meeting as my review dated 5th of February 2022. Now I am partially jobless and applied for the supplement money. For the date 28th of November 2022, I have booked a meeting for the CV as the requirement. Because of my last experience, I thought that this meeting from person to person will be by telephone. So, on the 28th of November 2022, I was waiting for the telephone call from min A-kasse. But when I did not receive the telephone call at 9 o clock then after waiting 10 minutes, I telephoned the office of (min A-kasse). From the telephone conversation, I came to know that I misunderstood the details of this meeting. As this meeting was not on the telephone as we had last time. Instead, I have to go to the office of (min A-kasse) in Fredericia city. I asked them if I can come now. [On the same date but after 9 o clock]. They replied that now it is not possible for today but they gave me an appointment for the 5th of December 2022. At my meeting on the 5th of December, there was no conversation about my CV and no change in my CV. The CV remains as it is. Without this meeting, my CV was uploaded on the website of [jobnet.dk] and I already applied for 3 jobs and did the job log as well, without this meeting. Because I did not come to their office on dated 28th of November, the punishment is that I will not get money for one day. If I missed uploading my CV because of not coming on the 28th of November then this punishment is understandable but this meeting has nothing to do with my CV then why is this punishment? I think that it was an unnecessary travel of 238 km and unlogic punishment. Last time I gave them 5 stars but today I am unable to do the same. (On meeting in their office the staff was easy and understanding. She was comfortable talking in English. She helped to fill out the online Ledighedserklæring.)
