I ordered a desk from this company, through a seller portal called CDON.se. The shipment from MINA was supposed to be 4 working days.
After a couple days I got a tracking number from CDON which was very suspicious because the shipping address was completely different than mine. The shipment was delayed by the transport company (PostNord) for probably unrelated reasons so I waited until the referred delivery date. It's been a month since I ordered and "my" package is now marked as delivered - to another person, as expected. I tried contacting both MINA and CDON, but had no answer from anyone. They have my money and no idea where my desk is.
I have no phone number to call from either of those companies but 2 email addresses, both are seemingly unattended since I haven't got any answers. I could also see other people's shipping trackers, which is a problem in of itself.
