I placed an order which had a promotional item. I got a phone call the same day advising that the promotional item was out of stock. They offered me a choice of alternative attachments for the tool I ordered free of charge. I was very impressed with their proactive approach and I will certainly use them again.

We purchased a Stijl 4 inch mini GTA26 chainsaw which has far exceeded our expectations. We have been cutting logs up to 8 inches in circumference, my only negative comment is the battery life after a full charge, but if used as a pruning tool absolutely perfect, no regrets.
